I am not sure how this place stays in business. It is hidden between other restaurants and has menu focused on breakfast primarily. This does not mean it is bad in any way. Affordable, delicious, quick, friendly, and completely ignored by people that overlook it. It deserves more attention.
Honestly a little surprised. Exterior isn't anything to get worked up about, but the experience deserves another visit. The food was solid, and was plenty for me; and I'm a big eater. Service was pretty well on point. If you're just looking for good breakfast food at a good price, this place gets high marks.I only have 2 criticisms. First, the menu hits a lot of fields, but each only has a few offerings. Even the super-versatile omelet only had 4 choices. Second, was the bathroom needed some touch up; but considering, I don't think that was from staff failure to maintain, so much as a one-off guest trashing a stall.Overall, would recommend.
Fast and friendly. Yummy food every time. I love to grab a pie for my Sunday family dinners. Their pies cannot be beat. Everytime I go there it feels like I'm going to grandma's on Sunday when I was a kid. People that visit here know the vibe and we're going to stay regulars for years to come. Oh and I typically don't like public restrooms... but for some reason theirs always smells good. Smell is so important to me :)
It's so hard to find good non-chain places. I had some of the best waffles and chicken fried steak there. Service was fantastic...and the guy who owns the place worked cash which- for me - was pretty cool. It has a nice familial ambiance too. It's my new go-to place for comfort food!
Service was Great, the owner exceptionally helpful and accommodating however the food was less than acceptable very unfortunate because the food is what you go for everything else was great tea & toast but the rest of the food was well...I will not be going back
We have always enjoyed our meals here. We both had the turkey dinners along with salads. Our service was excellent which it always is. The owner Anthony is always friendly and personable. We ate at Village Inn often when we lived in Arizona, and was surprised to find this is the last one in Washington State. We highly recommend this place, and strongly encourage you to support this business.
A group of friends met here after Church service.. Quite a few years ago I ate here, and It was by far the worse meal I have ever eaten. When my friends recommended eating here today my first thought was " do they not know how awful the food is"?. I decided to come anyway, things can change for the better in fifteen years time. This is a very clean restaurant, the service is prompt, the staff friendly, large portions, reasonable prices. Because I have food allergies, I appreciated the fact that they have a build your own breakfast menu. I had toast, bacon, hash browns and, ham. I appreciated that the toast was not under toasted or burnt, the bacon was crispy and the hashbrowns were perfectly browned. There was a wide variety of food to choose from on the menu. The food was all delicious. I look forward to returning and will be recommending to family and friends.
I love coming to this place. Staff is always friendly. Coffee is good and the food always comes out piping hot and delicious.Eating here is becoming a weekly event that I very much look forward to. FYI I usually get the omelettes and they’re fantastic.
I’m from the south, and their biscuits and gravy made me feel like I was back home. Amazing food, great service, and friendly atmosphere. I will definitely be eating here again, if for nothing else than to try their pie.
Very warm reception from the waitresses. The food was quick, hot and plentiful. I prefer my bacon and potatoes more on the crisp side and they turned out perfect. They left the carafe at the table which was very much appreciated, though it was rather slow so that may have been why.Clean tables and floors, didn't visit the bathroom.
