We were seated at a dirty table. Dude wiped it down with a dirty rag and left it wet.It took them an hour to bring out my chicken sandwich and fries, even though I ordered a salad and specifically said no fries. It was all luke warm. I cut the sandwich in half and somehow the entire chicken piece was on one half, so that was an unpleasant surprise when I went to eat the second half. ? It took forever to get a refill on my water.My partner went to talk to the manager and wasn't helped at all. They finally brought his pizza while I was eating my half sandwich. He was not impressed. We've eaten here a few times and won't be doing that again.
Host and server was very nice. Not busy at the time we were there, about 5pm. There was a kids birthday party and few people here and there. It was Cinco de mayo so we went to have a drink. Jack and diet and the bucket special called Sweet escape, it had gummy bears in it. Had some hot wings and french fries. Love the fries there. Server was attentive and friendly.
Drinks were fun and decent. The pizza wasn't very good though, but edible. Service was pretty bad. Not one of their staff made eye contact with us while we waited for at least ten minutes after being seated. The only time our server paid us any mind was after she gave us the check, as though she was eager to get us out of there. Maybe they weren't on their A game, but there didn't seem to be enough going on for their whole team to be this bad for the entirety of our visit.
Love coming here. Food is delicious. Staff is super friendly and really helpful with helping entertain 2 young children.The Family really enjoys the atmosphere. We can all have a good time and not worry about being loud and disturbing anyone. Very helpful with having kids with us

Staff was really friendly. Even though it was a week night it was quite busy. They were very attentive to what we needed. The pizza was awesome as usual. First time at this location and they did a great job. The dryer rub branch wings were on the salty side. Probably will pick a different flavor next time. Atmosphere was lively on the side where the bar was. Dining room was relatively quiet overall.

Great service from whole staff! Ordered a large custom pizza and was excellent, staff helped a mistake and no complaints. Some of the best pizza around and good spot for a drink.
The experience we had here was exceptional. The staff, from the manager Alfonso and the assistant manager to the servers, we're all gracious and very helpful. We came in from out of town for funeral services and were so grateful to have such a great experience on a more than tough day. The pizza was yummy, the drinks were served promptly and our server continually checked on us. Wish I had taken pictures. We really appreciate the great food and service and will be back again if we are in the area!
First time I've ever been in a rock Pizza and I'll tell you what the pizza was grubbing that Rock wood fired pizza was grubbin for sure. They had a lunch special going on the personal 9-in Pizza with a salad Caesar or garden for $10.50 is an awesome deal
