Delicious tortillas and toppings, and the vibe here is awesome! They also do the burritos like chipotle where they do it in front of you which is cool! Definitely a yummy Tex-Mex place in federal way.
Open sign was on but the door was locked and there was a sign saying"back in 5 minutes." Classy.
Love the food here! Was a little disappointed because when we went for dinner they didn’t have a lot of the toppings out. I am vegan and enjoyed a burrito bowl but was sad about them not having guacamole. Sandy was super friendly and had such a happy, helpful personality
This location is not concerned with food safety. I observed both staff members committing constant cross contamination and maintaining filthy prep areas. Not to mention the absurdly long wait.

I ordered food through Uber eats from Taco del Mar and not only was there food terrible but they didn't follow any directions on what I wanted or didn't want. They never answer their phone and I will never order from them again and tell others not to buy anything from there. It's not worth it at all.

Excellent service! The lady who works in the morning is very efficient and fast during the lunch hour and always has a good attitude. This place is fresh and clean and has good food.
It's a great option when you want healthy fast food. Sandy is the name of my favorite girl. She made the best fish tacos. And she's really kind and she's always smiling.
The rice and beef tends to be slightly rubbery sometimes. But as far as burritos go theyre unbeatable in size, and they'll cover it in red sauce. Taco del mar is good but sometimes inconsistent. Probably better for lunchtime than dinnertime.
