Terrible service, older white lady was so racist toward me and my family for being ethnic. Got there and asked her for 5 sandwiches she was like "really FIVE sandwiches?" and sighed. She took almost 20 minutes to finish the sandwiches, whole time she was stingy with the food, asked for cucumbers and she only put TWO in one of the sandwiches so I asked her for more and her face expression was rude. She had my cousin write what sandwich was which even 3 of them were the same, at the end I asked her for the bathroom keys she said to wait even though my 4 year old brother was about to pee his pants. 15 minutes or so passed 3 customers later and she never gave me the key because she had to "look for it", my little brother and I had to go somewhere else so that he could use the bathroom. I saw the rude attitude she had towards my family and I since we got there and the attitude she had towards other non-ethnic customers and it was completely opposite. Even after all the rudeness I kept saying please and thank you and even tipped her. No one should have this type of service when buying a product. This happened 12/23/2019 at 3:10pm.
Changed to 5 Stars because the owner took the time to reply to my rating. And I think that makes up for whatever had me come with the 4 stars in the first place. It seems like in todays busy world. Customer Service has vanished and I'm constantly approached, greeted, or served with an attitude. The nicer I am and the more polite I am, only gets even worse service. And this is a trend in every city and county here.... So thank you for being wise enough to see what people are saying and how they felt about coming into your Subway. Lady refused to take my order because I didn’t have a mask on.. nobody literally was in the store and I was far away from her. I explained to her that everyone else let me come in with no problem and be very nice and polite. As soon as the lady gets to the counter it’s a problem. She was rude and not helpful at all. I explained I come here from time to time an never had a problem with that but I don’t have a mask at moment but I’ll bring one next time and she still wasn’t helpful. Why would y’all decline someone’s order and y’all barely have people come in to order in the first place. I suggest go to Walmart subway for everyone

Subway only deserves 2-3 stars... The wonderful employee making my sandwiches was (is) amazing: hence 4 Stars.She works super hard during a time where customer service is a key component....(note to the owner): please get this this girl some sharp knives. She deserves to cut bread like the pro that she is.. (No disrespect to any male employees who work at this location,,,, I only delt with this one employee).Again, the reason that this is not a 2-3 star review is because of your amazing employee.
Hours said 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. I arrived at 11:40AM and the front door was locked with no employees in sight.
Walked in to get a sandwich at 6:53 pm. The worker was making a sandwich for a man and 2 children. After walking in she informed us she was closed. I said what time do you close? She responded I just closed....not I close at 7 pm which we were at least 5 minutes before that closing time. It was strange and everytime I try to go to this location in the last 6 months they're always closed and it doesn't correlate to posted hours. I have tried to support their business but after this it's the final straw. I know it's a franchise , so I'll go to a Subway that that operates normally and cares about the customer and making money.
Super friendly girl working here all by herself made me a great sandwich.
They have 3 locations that still carry the flat bread. 1 off 348th st in Federal way 2. On 320th st in Federal way and one inside the walmart in Federal way just off of 348th St. My son loves our tradition of "Subway Sundays." Every weekend that he goes with his Dad, I come pick him up with Subway sandwiches and drinks outta the 348th st. location.Being a regular I have gotten to know Mrs. B really well and she has always taken great care in preparing my order (usually 2 to 5 sandwiches). I enjoy coming in and talking to her when she isn't too busy...but she usually is! Haha! She always is friendly and professional. I look forward to keeping the tradition up as long as she is there. It feels good to get to know people in the community and share experiences. I don't know what I would do without her! I like having that feeling of being in a small home town eventhough I only work outta Federal Way. Lol! The ingredients are fresh and the place is clean. Mrs. B makes delicious ? sandwiches!
Excellent customer service I will return again it's terrible to see only one person working with quite a few orders your employee did an amazing job by her self.
