Order an ice cream for my daughter that was on a sign at the front, specially asked if they had a kid size minus the waffle cone advertised, guy said yes. I began to order mine with cashew milk based, guy said only vegan opinion was coconut milk. I said I've always gotten mine with cashew milk, guy said he'd worked there 6m & they've never had it. I've been coming here since they've opened, I've always ordered cashew. Guy said only other vegan option was almond, which was frozen. Said nevermind, went to pay for my daughter's, when I asked why a $5 ice cream turned to $9, was told there is no such thing as kid size & it was a part of their "sensation" ice cream list which made it more expensive. No where on the advertised sign does it say the word "sensation" nor does the above screen show this combination on their list of the "sensation" ice cream selections, nor did the guy mention this when I ordered it. So I'm trying to figure out when they're supposed to tell you it's extra money for this special combination... at the register after they've already made it & your about to pay...??? Ok... I see... & if I'm allergic to coconut, I can't have a vegan opinion because they didn't prepare for an 85 degree day to thaw out another option or carry multiple options? Almond & coconut are kind of common to be allergic to. Why specially advertise vegan options? Unless my ears deceived me, I could of sworn the girl ringing me up said "she tried it" & she doesn't know how lucky she is that I've found meditation these days lmfao!

I just got back from my trip to Sub Zero, writing a review immediately, it was that bad:When I usually walk into Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream, I am met with smiling faces, shining teeth, and a warm atmosphere. But today, I was met with scowling frowns, tired eyes, and a chilly atmosphere, fitting all the liquid nitrogen pouring over the edge that made me feel like I was trapped in one of the nitrogen cans stored in the back of the parlor. Oh, but we're just getting started.Shall we begin? Perhaps with the cutter. My lackluster experience began with a rude, selfish, unaware, disrespectful customer, specifically a Wild Waves member attempting to cut me in the line. This was a visible interaction that absolutely no workers dealt with. Wait, I almost forgot! How could I with the horrid and frankly, grotesque, smell that encapsulated and engulfed all the customers daring to enter the danger zone. The smell acted as a ferocious monster out of the deepest darkest corner of your horror imagination, attacking your nostrils every chance it got, spreading like a wildfire. Want to experience it? Next time your baby pukes, stick your nose in it, chunks and all! Just imagine, much worse.Continuing on with the main event, what we came for. Had it been good, I might've been able to forget about the prior situations. As you'll see, it only got worse. Thinking that we could make the worker's job easier, we opted to go out of our way, adjusted our orders by all three of us ordering the same thing. Unfortunately, our good deed was not reciprocated. The worker only proceeded to give us barely any ice cream, amounting to barely a small when we clearly asked for a regular. Just take a look at the attached picture after barely taking in one spoon-full. My ice cream lasted about as much as my patience did when I was in the parlor. For the 30 minutes we waited and took out of our day, it only lasted to when we got out of the parking lot.As a loyal member of the Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream Club, it is truly disheartening to have had this experience. After coming to Sub Zero for over 10 years, bringing family members, watching granny spill it on her favorite red Christmas pajamas, and having the delicious ice cream after the big game, it seems this is the first of probably many more bad experiences I will have, if this unacceptable behavior continues. And as they say, three strikes and you're OUT!. This is the first. Get your act together. And figure it out fast. Because I won't wait. Therefore, to end, it appears I will have to rate Sub Zero a zero.

This place was so cool! (Pun absolutely intended.)You get to pick your base (and they have a vegan option!), then add whatever flavoring you want (I've never seen a place that had Dr. Pepper flavor for ice cream!) then choose any add-ons you want (I chose cherry bits! yum!), and your level of frostiness. They have consistencies for soft serve, regular ice cream, and dip'n dots. I got the dip'n dots texture, and it was fun and weird. Pay attention to the disclaimer they give you about not doing too big a bite, tho! (ouch!)

Great activity for a night out. You can choose from different bases and add your own mix ins. We got different flavors, but be aware the sugar-free flavor is just cream without sugar - it’s not sugar substitute it just taste like coffee creamer.

Delicious tasting ice cream! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Only down 1 star for cost... Otherwise ice cream was good, kids loved it. Staff was kewl, friendly, informative, etc. If you have a couple extra bucks, I'd recommend tryin it out.

This was an interesting experience. The ice cream is “created” on the spot with a selection of milk and non-dairy milk substitutes. You can add flavorings and mix-ins and then have it frozen to your desired hardness/coldness. FYI, the Brain Freeze level of cold is basically solid chunks of ice cream. The Numb Tongue level was just right to me.

Yum! So many delicious choices. The staff worked very hard and fast with a constant line to the door, yet stayed sweet and friendly. Fun experience too.

Their ice cream is amazing!! And the employees were super nice even when we came in with a group of 9 ten minutes before they were closing.

I remember going to a science program when I was a kid and learning about liquid Nitrogen - Amazing experience! So when I drove past this ice cream place the inner kid in me quickly pulled right on up to park. It was quite the experience. Unique way of making ice cream and so many flavors to choose from. Everything is made by hand and it’s quick. The kids absolutely loved it and the Ice cream as well. The wife was happy because she could finally get vegan ice cream or lactose free. So everyone is included at this ice cream shop. I didn’t even think to take pictures of the finished products because everyone was so excited. The staff moved through the line of people quickly and made our 5 different flavored orders of ice cream very quickly as well. At the last min I ordered a 6th one to go because I wanted to have some for later. I definitely tasted everyone’s ice cream and it was delicious - Ice cream is definitely my thing. You get to choose how cold you want the ice cream. Waffle cones are super fresh and tasty. We will definitely be back SOON! Check this place out if your looking for an experience along with some good ol ice cream!
