Disappointed by the service they gave me today June-11th at 4:05pm. This Katy Girl, she had very bad behavior and she was very rude, that had never happened before in this place. Hopefully and be more aware for the next one!!
They never open on time if they’re open at all. They will be inside with the drive through signs removed just not serving people
Just left the drive-thru window 9:05am 5/15/22 Sunday. Prior to, the female employee taking my order sounded annoyed while talking my order. Look, if you don’t like your job then quit and find a job you like so you won’t sound like you hate your job or your life maybe? I mean, I ordered my food and beverages with a positive attitude so I don’t know what the annoying sound in your voice came from. But fix it or find a different job girl. Btw the guy that handed my order to me was awesome!!! He’s was cool! But anyways find out who the blonde female employee is that was taking orders this morning, she needs a review on customer service/orders

States that hours are until 9 pm- here at 8:30 pm and the store and drive they are closed - frustrating experience that all of these various locations keep changing hours from what is listed.
I love being able to order through the app for pick up so I don’t have to wait in long lines BUT LATELY it’s been horrible. They are either closed or have pick up turned off in the app so inconvenient! Then on weekends they have delivery on Uber eats turned off so I can’t even get coffee delivered! I hope they get it together it’s so frustrating
I order my coffee thru the app for pick up always but a couple times it had one thing missing- today whoever made my drink is an angel- it was perfect. Shoutout to this barista! ❤️ made my day. My coffee was heavenly my receipt doesn’t tell me who made it unfortunately but the guy at the window was very friendly and made sure I liked it. Appreciate you guys!
Closed. Looks like something really bad happened here. Food is still out and everyone has evacuated. Plenty of parking and no line.
I had some excellent, friendly service today at this Starbucks location. I'll definitely be visiting again next chance I get!
