The barista made my drink wrong and continued to close the drive thru door in my face. After I received the drink it was STILL wrong so I asked if they could add some more vanilla, and the lady who made my drink said in quote “I did” with an attitude and rolled her eyes. Rudest and slowest Starbucks ever, if you didn’t want to deal with me, make the drink correct the first time.
Last night we come to get coffee on store hours but there was a sing it’s say we close .

The store isn't open to walk ups. Drive through only. Can't order through app.Truly magnificently stupid to cut off business to people without cars, as well as unfair and rude.
The slowest Starbucks in the area by far. The barista was holding up the line chit chatting with a customer about Pokémon cards AFTER they had already received their drinks. If I’m in a drive through, it’s because I want my order fulfilled quickly. Go to literally any other Starbucks and you will get your order faster.
Coffee was good my breakfast sandwich was ice on the inside I about puked when I tasted that egg. Good coffee not food.
Drive-through only open and the line never moves. Even without having the restaurant open it’s actually 10 times slower. Do not go there
Only drive through at this location. As far as I can tell all three Federal Way locations no longer have indoor seating. Personally, I don’t enjoy getting coffee and drinking it in my car. Disappointing trend.
Staff is friendly and they usually get the drinks right the first time. Downside oh, the line is usually ridiculous!
