Came on a Saturday around 4:30-5pm and there were only a couple other people there at the time with 3 employees, we had a group of 8 and were seated quickly. This was my first time here and it won’t be my last, loved the wings and the fries. The fried chicken wings were perfectly crispy and tasted great. The Yangyum and honey garlic were also great. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft inside, perfect. We also had the cheese rice cake and corn cheese which were good as well, the wings are the highlight of the night however.Highly recommend this place, if you haven’t tried it, try it.I will say the music they play can sometimes make for some awkward moments if you’re with your family, but not a huge deal.
Absolutely terrible service. My group of 7 made a RESERVATION at a certain time (not close to closing), they didn't have our table ready which was fine at first. It wasn't bad until we had actually started eating at the restaurant. First we asked for 7 sesame oils, and it would make sense as a Korean BBQ restaurant that they would allow us to have 7 mini sides of sesame oil for EACH PERSON, but no. The server brought us out 1 mini tray saying we couldn't have more? That makes no sense since they gave us 7 mini trays of BEAN PASTE.. bean paste. There were about 3 groups including us, in the restaurant. They barely served us, we had to ask multiple times to change the grill, have more meats, and side dishes. As someone who worked in customer service previously, I would understand if it were busy, but 3 tables... and ours being the largest one? It would make sense if they attended to us more because we had such a large group. They only attended to the other tables and seemed like they completely ignored us and did not want to serve us whatsoever. It was absolutely terrible service, it felt like we were doing their jobs better than they did themselves. What makes it worse was at the end, the lady checking us out said "Finally! You guys are finished!" as if we were there for hours (we were there for about an hour, still not near closing time) and she had the most rude tone obviously not a joke. I wish we did not have to do the mandatory gratuity because they did not deserve a tip, at all!
Underground Kitchen - Great place! Really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere here. Cool place to go with friends to get some yummy chicken and drinks. I loved the creamy udon! It was definitely my favorite and will go back just for it…highly recommend.
Going here for years, always had a good time. It’s not clearly announced but there’s a sign up sheet as soon as you come in. Nothing fancy just a big yellow note pad. Make sure you’re around and paying attention to identify yourself when they call your party. Sometimes the person checking the list is running back and forth serving so just sit tight. Can’t go wrong with here if you can eat a lot. Our server was really nice and made time to check on us while running around helping every other table. There’s going to be a wait but it’s not that bad. If you need like immediate care go somewhere else.Food was great, sides were great too. There’s additional parking around the corner of the spa toward the nearby hotel.
Fantastic place to come and eat. First time trying it out and I loved it. Friendly place with awesome customer service. Will come back.
Loved this place. I'm no expert to Korean BBQ but I was enamored. Great meat selection. The side dishes were numerous and well made. The pricing was affordable. Will be back!
Went to try the all-you-can-eat korean bbq.The meats were actually very good! The refill portions were a good size. The sides, the soups, the service were all excellent.
If you'd like to see the video reviews follow me on instagram @AngelGoffneyThis little hidden gem is perfect for a chill night out with some friends. When you get there, you’ll have to walk down the stairs to get to the actual restaurant. When you walk in, you wait to be seated or can sign up on the clipboard to be sat as well. They play rnb music which gives me club vibes. That makes it so much fun enjoying their take on bar/street food. We got the cheese corn to start and this is literally my favorite appetizer. The corn is sweet but the cheese they use is super savory and it’s so good. We had that while we waited and decided to order some drinks. They have full bar service but we opted for their soju. If you like the effectiveness of alcohol without the taste or hangover, this is for you. It comes in a bunch of different flavors and even as an experienced drinker, it had me tipsy at the table. We ended up getting the honey garlic chicken wings. These wings were so crispy and flavorful. The sauce is sticky and delicious and they have a couple of flavors to pick from. It’s definitely a chill atmosphere but we were dancing at our table because the music was so good. Definitely check this out the next time you and your squad need a place to go.
Good food, accommodating service and decent price. I came for the table top Korean BBQ, but you must have a minimum of 2 people available to order it. So that was a bit of a bummer...
Underground Kitchen.Best chicken and variety of foods from Korean. Pretty cute spot to hang out with friends... nice ambiance music in the underground kitchen. Cute lil spot.
