wishing I could give this location and their employees six stars. I’m sitting here writing a ten page final, and the staff has made my experience both delicious and refreshing. The kindness and love is so genuine, and they make sure you know that they care about your experience there. You feel like you’re in a small town diner, love love love it here.
Our server Alexis she was amazing. She handled the whole floor. They should had have more business the business owner should try lighting the place up we thought it was closed. So did another person that came in.
Our waitress was AMAZING. But we ordered a raspberry ice tea and an Arnold palmer. The teas came with flavoreed syrup. And my Arnold palmer had lemon flavoring. NOT lemonade. My salmon was so raw I could hear SpongeBob laughing at it.
Service was excellent. Very attentive, efficient, and friendly. Food was cooked well and looked good.Bathroom was clean.Con: Steak was ordered medium-rare and came out medium-well. No big deal for us.
Had a good experience, our waitress was wonderful. I think her name was Vickie? In Federal Way. Had the chicken fried steak and eggs. It was delicious, not as good as Ihop but was good.
Food was good, waitress was attentive and friendly, dinning area and bathrooms were clean. I'm shocked many places make breakfast seem hard to get right. However here the hash browns were nice and crunchy on the outside without being greasy or tasting like month old reused grease, bacon was actually crunchy and fried eggs were cooked perfectly.
I have never dined at a Shari's until last year. I went with my husband for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised at how great it was. Evey say that he has off from work? We try to go there for breakfast. Yesterday we decided to try lunch there. OMG! I had the absolute best hamburger I've ever had anywhere! I don't usually order hamburgers at restaurants but I'm oh so happy I did! Everything about the Shari burger was so good! Grilled, not fried, seasoned just right, with the freshest tomatoes, lettuce, onions, pickles, and a soft brioche bun. I was tempted to go back today but didn't want to eat alone. I may have to just go alone tomorrow because I can't stop thinking about how good it was. The price is just right and you get to choose your side. I had a house salad which was also great. My husband has his usual breakfast item and tried my burger. He also said it was great. Who knew the best burger in town was at Shari's Cafe. And the service was great to boot. Oh yeah! It was also free pie day, I chose apple pie, and it was good!
Horrible, deserves 0 stars. Horrible customer service, took others orders before ours (it was busy but cmon, first come first serve!?) , no one bothered to help until some old lady Called Barbara "unfortunately" came to finally help us but didn't seem interested to help much. Pies were plain. Nothing special. $8.88 for 2 SLICES OF PIE is expensive when they most likely use canned stuff for these things. Don't recommend this place at all.
I was on vacation and ate there every morning for breakfast. I enjoyed the way the food was prepared and the coffee. If the hash browns aren't good I usually don't go back.I had their breakfast where I got pancakes and they were very good. I also tried the French toast which I liked too. Service is fast and food is good with prices reasonable.
Food was excellent, our wait staff was very friendly and worked well in getting us seated, initial beverages ordered, then our waitress was super nice and even reminded us to get our Wednesday pie to take home. Delicious ?
