Overall a pretty good fine dining experience for tasty Korean food. I ordered The Ox bone soup (OK), Pork Tofu soup (tasty), and seafood pancake (best). It used to have > 4.0 stars review but somehow it's degrading. The service was good and the 2 waitresses were polite. Also as Polite as what you get at Daniel's broiler type of restaurant. I tried Google pay from my Samsung galaxy and Samsung pay from my Samsung watch. Both worked well. Too bad it lacks a website.
3 years ago went to this restaurant they had the worst customer service so decided not to go anymore. But heard from my friend that they are under new management so decided to visit again, customer service was ok, but literally the Galbi that we ordered was hard and burned. The waitress lady saw it and she didn’t even say something the meat is very low quality plus side dishes were not impressive at all…
Great food. Huge portions. Good beer. Even better service! This is the first time a server ever gave money back to us and said we “tipped too much.” Gratuity was included in bill and we didn’t know. Kind gesture. Will definitely come back!
Came for lunch on a Saturday. Ordered the spicy pork bulgogi and stone bibimbop. Good service and the food was pretty good. Bibibimbap a bit underseasoned, but overall a good place. We would probably order seafood next time. Our portion services were very large.
Great food and a local hot spot. You can tell the local loyalty here because the place fills up not to long after they open. Great quality and care In every dish.
Worst place ever for korean bbq. Dont go here they charge you fee call service charge without telling asking permission. I understand if its party of 6 charging 15percent tip or 18 percent tip but i dine in here with party of 4. Make sure you guys ask them itemize receipt paper. Waitress service worse
I dont really mind customer service it was trash but hey everyone has their days. I'm just sitting here tryna figure out why my check was $96 for 2 people for LUNCH All you can eat . We came in at 1 too so I think I got GOT ?. ?
I came here after the wild waves Christmas lights and when I asked for Wi-Fi the women said go to the front and you will go in.I was confused until I got there.It turns out she was saying that there was a paper that says the Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi password.After eating a while she said compo?we had no idea what she was saying then she said did you buy compo? And we envenchilly relized what she was saying.The rice kind of taste bad and the stem egg was stemed I little to long so it tasted dry.
i personally really like the food here, but i did not have a good experience at all with the customer service when i came here a while ago. i came in with my siblings and there were three of of us in total. we decided to get a couple of dishes just because we wanted to have a good time and enjoy some good food on our day off. when we recited our order to one of the workers, she threw her arms up and exclaimed that it was too much food, and that she had to move us to another table so that our dishes would fit on the table. other customers kind of glanced over and it was honestly really embarrassing. and i wish i was exaggerating but almost every time a worker came by to give us our dishes, they would comment that we ordered a lot of food for our party size. why was that a problem though? we were gonna pay for all of it and take whatever couldn't be finished back home anyways. we were all pretty upset because we almost felt like we were being shamed? for being pigs and wanting to get a lot of food i guess. when we finally paid for our food, the worker who took our order decided to give us some free pancakes before we left, probably noticing that we were not in good moods anymore. i haven't gone back since that experience and i probably won't again.
Bad customer service!!! Got lied to when I sat down and took forever to be told that they are just as greedy as the others. If you are a single person then these resturants don't want anything to do with your kind!! It's rude and a time waster. On top of which if your going to be like that then I'll go to shin sung anyways... way better everything and the superior spot. They require 2 as well but you ain't no shin sung.... go to shin sung or to palace. They are hateful service wise as well but they are so much better.
