Quality food with quality service at quality prices!?????
Really good food, great server. Manager was on the floor making sure everyone was having a good time.Only issues... Hostess seemed like she didn't want to be there, didn't seem welcoming. She also sat a table right next to us when the entire section was open tables. And the busboy was following a waitress around like a lost puppy.Don't really count any of these as big issues, just a bit odd.Overall a good experience and will be back.
It was crowded walking in, very busy. How ever at the table it was easy to toon out. Excellent service. Bottomless root beer floats for $7. I'll be there every night with a $3 tip. Like, keep the change, and keep em' coming. Soft serve ice cream has a special place in my heart. As busy as it was there was no wait time finding a table, getting our food and politely diligent about our refills. I felt comfortable and enjoyed the experience.
It's a tradition to do Red Robin's for my birthday, and the Federal Way location was demolished to make way for the light rail expansion. ? Although it was sad to see it go, a new one took the location of the old Ram Brewing (about 1/4 East on 320th) and it is Booming!We came with 6 adults and 3 kids, and within minutes we already had fries on the table, without ordering them! Great experience, lots of laughs...great job guys!
World class service by Dean, an absolute lean machine, super clean, and refilled our fries and drinks like straight out of a movie scene. Can’t get much better than Dean, want some stir fried beans? Okay then Dean will help ya out because he’s super nice and not mean. What more can I say about Dean?? He’s just an awesome guy just like the color green but last but not least he’s got a thing for those orange creams.
Overwhelmingly impressed by the customer service here. When I think Red Robin, I think great burgers, not exemplary customer service. Not that it’s usually bad, it’s just not usually this impressive. The hostess was beyond cheerful and friendly. Servers were busy, cheerful and engaged in cheerful work appropriate banter amongst themselves when not with customers. Super impressed to see such a great group of hospitality professionals who clearly work well as a team and like their jobs. And the burgers are still great too.

2nd time to the new location and it is definitely going to be last. Horrible service. I understand covid had disrupted a lot but after waiting 45min to get a refill of "bottomless" frys and drinks (X5 guest) is unacceptable. Couldn't even get out servers attention long enough to get our bill. Tried to use the tablet to pay and it was offline.I've never been more tempted to just walk out...I have had 1000% better service at a drive thru.Get your staff some training.Get your management some some training.This is my worst experience ever at any Red Robin establishment.
First time at the new location. Overall not bad, my bun was soggy but the chicken burger it's self was pretty good. We had to move away from our table because the music from the kitchen was hip hop and the music over the house speaker was Simone and Garfunkel which made for an oddly annoying mix. And was not a good atmosphere, lol. I do not want to listen to the cooks music while I'm dining. We did get food and the free pizza to go, which I caught on my bill they tried to charge me for.The pizza not to be rude but was not good. Our server was good and we did not have to wait long for our food. I know things are harder for businesses with Covid, but the cook playing their beat box over the house music was a little to much.
Masked and Vaccine check require. New restaurant; Fastest service in the bar area. Best tasting hot wings, burgers and fresh salad. Lots of parking and designed pick up entrance too.
