My son brought me on for Mother's Day. We sat there at a table in the bar for at least 25 minutes while the bartender chatted with all the customers around the bar about her cheap tip. She finally comes over takes our order. She brings our drinks. Once the food comes she only came over once to bring us water. She went back to talking to the customers who must be regulars because we felt like chop liver. We paid our bill and left. We will never eat in the bar again at least not at this Puerto Vallarta. Hopefully the restaurant is better .. till then.
The meal was absolutely delicious!! The staff was great. We have a 4 year old and a 19 month old and the staff was patient and helpful. All the staff that were on the floor while we were there came to check on us to make sure we were good.The food itself was filled with flavor. I got the Asada plate and I was happy that it was not a tough piece of meat. Very tender and amazing flavor!! The while meal was amazing. Definitely going back
The server, margarita, beer, appetizer, fajitas were all good. It was good, expensive and a lot. So while I was putting the take home part in the box, an employee is trying to take the food away and clear the table...while making a show of it. I addressed the issue in front of the employee, hostess and server yet never heard from a manager. So, I gave the food to the thief and tipped the server 20% for good service otherwise. I'll never go back.
The service is always fast and courteous. Absolutely delicious authentic Mexican food.
Food was okay. They forgot the flour tortillas. I ordered the steak well done. But it was actually burnt.
The food was very good and the staff very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was quite loud and made it tough to hold a conversation.
Watch the silverware and glasses my knife and my friends glass were dirty. The waitress wasn't wearing a mask, but she was super friendly and fast ,food was good drinks were good. Dirty dishes may have been a off day in the kitchen. $$ on the price scale.
I have been coming to this location for over 20 years. The staff are like family and am always treated with the utmost importance. If you eat here, be sure to ask, to be seated in Dustins area. He's like a brotha from another motha. Juan also is a wonderful guy. Never have I been disappointed. Much love to you all.
Amazing!! great food, decent staff, quick help and has its own stopping region! The staff was likewise extremely accommodating and cordial. Highly recommend this spot!
Great Mexican place, large servings, Jarritos soda, and table gets chips and salsa (and also dippable beans - idk if this is a regional thing, but I'm into it!)
