I tried calling the restaurant. As I am writing this I have been on hold for over 30 minutes. At the time of writing this I am still waiting for my order that I placed over 2hrs ago. I got a text message saying it was out for delivery. I literally live right around the corner probably a quarter of a me most. I do not understand why a one minute drive takes an hour to drive, or why it takes over 2 hrs and now over 2 hrs 10 minutes. and no one answering the phones so I can even ask where my food is. I have been on eternal hold. Who puts people on hold at a restaurant for over 30 minutes? How is that store even still operating.Never again am I ordering pizza hut, which is to bad cause I actually like the pizza. Was one of my favorites until now.
Hailey the manager is rude! They messed up on finding my house. My delivery was out for over an hour before I missed a call saying they didn't have my unit number(it showed the app, how wad I suppose to know) then the manager hung up on my 2 and refused to give me my order when I drove to the store and has refused to refund my money. I'm working with cooperate on the matter as well. Go to Dominos! Never any issues!
A bunch of worthless employees at this branch.I ordered a pizza and I got delivered the wrong pizza.I get this can happen, so I called and they told me they would send a new one.1 hour later no PizzaI call back and they don't even remember any of this.Finally I asked for a refund, he needed me to give my card information again. Until now I still see no refund.
Website broken. Got told to use a different card 3 times. All credit cards had a zero balance on them. Tried calling after 20 minutes of frustration... HE HUNG UP ON ME?! I was beyond polite, especially considering what I had just experienced.Fast forward 6 months. My wife orders from them and we get quite literally the worst pizza I've ever had. I kid you not it showed up raw. Like they undercooked it by half the time. Even after putting it back in my oven for 20 minutes it wasn't done correctly. They put so much sauce on it I'm surprised it didn't drown.STAY AWAY!
They acknowledged me and made sure my order was handled properly. Food was still hot when I picked it up and it was just how I ordered. Friendly staff which is great during these current times
More sause on tthe wings. There wasnt enough of the sauce on both orders of wings. Plus asked for extra mushrooms and got a small/normal amount of mushrooms. For the price i paid for everything almost a hundred dollars im very upset about this order.
I Just tried to order 1 pizza and 8 wings and they tried to charge me almost 50$ Wow!! I guess I should have found some coupons so I could get a normal price! Good old fashion Pizza with new outrageous prices. Guess I should start reading more reviews!!!
It took over 30 minutes after the order was marked out for delivery to arrive, over an hour after order was placed. Pizza was barely warm and made incorrectly as was a supreme ordered without mushrooms but contained mushrooms.
Our pizza crust was cold and chewy. We threw it all away. Lousy pizza and most likely will not return. Also from the time it left the store it was not delivered for over an hour. We live no more than 5 minutes away.
Best pizza ive had from pizza hut in a long time. Pizza ? was perfect. I ordered the veggie, thin and crispy and it was perfect. Firm and nice and crispy. Sooooo good l. Thank you ❤️
