Broth for the pho was not hot enough. They were being cheap on napkins and only give one per person. The blinds were always up on sunny days, so you were either blinded but the sun or get baked. When you ask for a receipt, the receipt doesn’t list the items and tell how much for each; it only tell you the total amount, I always felt that they over charged me.

I picked up take out from Pho Quynh for lunch. We ordered 2 vegetarian pho with veg broth, a bahn mi, and a pho burrito. We enjoyed everything and prices were great. We have never had a pho burrito before so that was a first for us. I asked for tofu in it instead of meat and I was accommodated. Delicious! We will definitely be back!

Good pho, broth smelled really delicious, but the noodles were firmer than I prefer and meat was a little lower quality (still good just not great). Delicious sweet and sour chicken wings. Liked their pork banh mi! All around good service, although we didn't dine in, just ordered carry out. The sign on the door also said vaccination cards required for dine in service, good to know!

Pho was ok. Ordered take out and they left out the siracha/hoison which was fine because I have some at home but that's one of the main staples for a bowl of pho! Not sure what it was, but it didn't leave me with that satisfying feeling I normally have after a good bowl of beef pho. Spring rolls were also just ok, calamari not worth it so avoid that. Seems like the quality is not there like it used to be before pandemic.

They serve me old vegetable for my noodles soup. I ask them to change. They keep bringing it back for me and say it is a new vegetable, and new plate. I talk with the supervisor( or owner). She said sorry because it is the vegetable from yesterday- How do you feel if they served you with vegetable from yesterday?

I’ve been to literally a hundred different Phở restaurants and this is definitely the be of the best for sure. Consistent ever time. Give it a try. It’s well worth it. And the service unlike many is great.

So far, this is the best Pho house I have had in Washington. The noodles and soup are delicious. But they are a bit too budget on their napkins and still using reusable chopsticks during this COVID time.

I've ordered pho and springrolls all over Federal way. Pho Quynh I've ordered from maybe 100 times now as I write this review. Everyone has their favorite pho restaurant, but all I can say is that Pho Quynh has slapped. We always order pretty much the same thing so this review is on the following items:Pork patty spring rolls (I swear these are probably the best spring rolls in federal way)Bun Bo Hue, I love it, my wife has ate it for a long time but she prefers Pho Trang's Bun Bo Hue. To each their own.All of the Pho's are the same broth, and its delicious. Also the Vermecilli bowls are good. Linh Son had the best vermicelli bowls but they sold during covid, so the next best one has been here for me.

I feel like this restaurant needs to be more clean and at least clean the tables everytime a person or party leaves. And don’t get me started with the service, not the best from what I saw and that’s a let down for this place and so they need to work on that and get better at it. Other then that the food was not bad but the service was most defitnetly bad. And so that’s why I would give them a 1 star. I would give them 4 or possibly even 5 if they weren’t so dirty and more attendee to their customers. But sadly they deserve a 1 star for sanitary.

I've only ever eaten their pho here so I'm not sure about other dishes but their pho is very good. I love to eat pho and so I've eaten at many pho places and, admittedly, I tend to like more pho places I've tried than dislike. But the pho broth at Pho Quynh really seems noteworthy. I feel it has more depth of flavor than the typical. To me there's like a grilled or a roasted flavor that I don't remember tasting in every pho broth.
