This is by far my favorite Pho restaurant. Their food is amazing, their staff is super polite, and the location is really convenient. I go out of my way to stop here on my way to work because it's a guaranteed positive experience. Strongly recommend!
Place looks clean inside and food is delicious however we sat down and there were ants crawling on the walls. I let the girl that worked there know and she didn’t apologize or anything we just moved to another table. And then there were two drugged up people sitting right outside the door so not the best view you have through the windows while eating. I had to ask for a different spoon because it looked dirty. It’s fine, I would just recommend doing take out

I love Vietnamese food and this was my first time dining here. The service was great and the food was even better! I ordered the special 7 Pho with the back rib. It was the best Pho I've had in Federal Way. I strongly suggest getting the Lemongrass chicken, it was amazing. The Banh Mi was great with freshly baked bread. I loved it.
Great service and friendly. Very quick and courteous service with both dine in and take out orders. The price is amazing and the quality is very good. Food was absolutely delicious.

Finally found an authentic Vietnamese restaurant in federal way. I love my Pho extra fatty. Despite the fact that they had a sign up of short staff due to covid, the customer service is awesome. It looks like a small family run business and the food taste like what my mom would make at home. My new favorite spot. I didn’t get to try other items this time but definitely will come back.

DO NOT EAT THE FOOD HERE!!!!!!I usually love the food at this place ever since we started coming here every week or two, but today ruined this place for me forever.I just walked out of this place about 30 minutes ago after biting into a spring roll, only to find a used BANDAGE inside!!! No joke, I took the first bite and as soon as i started chewing i felt something weird in my mouth. When i spit it out onto the table, there was literally a rolled up, used bandage inside the wrapping of the spring roll!!! I could see the blood stain on the inside of the bandage and that’s when i lost it. I ran to the bathroom to spit everything out and rinse my mouth 10 times. We know they were obviously not wearing gloves and that they are completely reckless to be able to allow something like that to happen. On top of this, the waitress was very rude and barely acknowledged that we were there. When she found out about the bandage in the food she said “don’t worry, i’ll take that one off the bill”I will never return to this place again and neither should you.
