Whoever was making the pizzas in the back this evening, 4/30, did a REALLY disappointing job. All the toppings skewed to one side and missing the extra topping I paid for. If I pay extra for a topping, it should be on the pizza. Sloppy pizza making and mistakes are why I've started getting pizzas elsewhere, but I went for convenient today.Kudos to the kid at the cash register who questioned the other guy about the missing toppings. My mom didn't realize what they were talking about before she got back with the pizza, but it sounded like he was new and was dismissed by the guy in back.
This location said 35 minutes when I called ahead an hour 15 later I got the pizzas. During rush 3 people in the back doing I don't know what. Megan was doing everything! The store manager Angel was doing nothing to assist or help Megan or expedite anything. Megan should be promoted while Angel should be let go and what the 3 people in the back were for it beyond me. Absolutely kayos by this manager. I feel horrible for Megan....No I don't know Megan I just witnessed 40 minutes of hectic while 3 people are in the back during rush time. I give 2 stars only because of Megan someone help her!!!
Customer service is non existent. I ordered a pizza via phone call and was told it would take roughly 20-30 minutes. I waited 30 minutes before leaving my house and waited an additional hour inside the store while the employee walked around looking like lost dogs. It took a total of an hour and a half to make 2 UNCOOKED pizzas and a side salad. I brought the time conflict up to the employee in store and they said “sorry sir” while walking away. This place is in desperate need of more help or better management.
I was about to get delivery they want almost 80 bucks same amount of pizza over here I just had to cook at my self saved 30$
Loved their pizza But they seem to be getting A little light on the toppings
Had a large thin crust Cowboy with extra olives. The young lady made a great pizza & I enjoyed the conversation.
The two teens up front did amazing at their job but I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the people in the back when they went and asked for help when they had a line full of customers and a stack of orders to fill and all they told them was to “work faster” the management can do better. I gave the two up front 5 starts and the poor management 0
I give the franchise itself 5 stars of course, Papa Murphy's has always been apart of my life. This specific location is not bad at all, but the 3 stars is due to the last few visits, I call in and order, tells me it will be about 15 minutes, I arrive around 20 minutes later, I'm told it will be again, about 15 minutes.... As well once again, the salad I got had the bottom end of the lettuce chopped up into there. Absolutely unacceptable that the employees are not even instructed on how to properly chop the lettuce for their salads. I wouldn't usually go out of my way to write a review, but like I said, this was not the first time with this location. Young kids or not, this was a management issue for sure.
I'm going to throw this out there. They made a small mistake on our pizza... I still gave them five stars. They were awesome. Really personable, and the most staffed Papa Murphy's I've ever seen. I was shocked at how many kids I saw working. That was awesome and they weren't in there messing around.
Good pizza. Nice help there.
