I placed an online order and waited for my order to be ready to pick up, went to the store got to the counter paid and was told by the employee that the ticket wasn't printed so we had to sit and wait for our order to be made. That's fine with me but she didn't offer to give us a discount for us having to wait for our order to be prepared. So I rated this visit a 1 star. Customer service should be #1 and I feel like it was not a top priority for this employee here at this location. Federal Way, Washington
Employees are great. I go here instead of 336th store because they are so much nicer here
Employee was not wearing his mask properly, nor was a customer who came in. Not going back if they're that laxed on the most basic of health compliance.
The person in charge wasn’t wearing his mask. At least 1 person asked for their money back. I’m not going back!!!’
Super busy. They messed up the part of the order that we changed but they're super nice. I'm always surprised at the level of professionalism because it's pretty much all young kids working there. They do a great job.

Call automated telephone order an ordered breadsticks,and I would assume what I make a telephone order that they would put the breadsticks with my order aside. However this was not the case.when I got there they didn't have any bread sticks and didn't offer me any sort of substitution.
Great pizzas but beware... I purchased a pizza (saw the approved text on the card reader) then went to buy a couple things next door. When I came back they said the transaction was declined and they wanted to charge me again. I argued that I saw the approved transaction go through. Thankfully the worker sided with me because when I went home and checked my card indeed I was charged. Other than that great pizza and nice workers.
I got the meat lover's stuffed crust pizza and it was very dry with hardly any sauce on it and very little meat.not the usual great pizza I get from there .I was very disappointed.i called them and they are replacing it so cross your fingers this time its better.thank you
Went to pick up a pizza at the federal way location today and noticed an employee not wearing a mask which i feel is very unsafe considering the times we are in. she was a younger blonde girl. please do better.
