Poor service. Delivered my pizza so late I fell asleep. When I woke up the store was closed but there was meat on my pizza, I took it the next day to request a new pizza not even a refund and the manager said they could not remake me a pizza because I took too long ?? The store was closed. I didn’t even take a bite of the pizza nothing was missing I showed them my order and how it was incorrect. The manager REFUSED to help me with anything. Then called the police because I refused to leave even the police were confused on why he was going out of his way to be unhelpful and he refused to answer them or me. All you have to do is look at other reviews this place gives papa John’s a bad rep. The one in auburn is quite lovely.
Hit and miss. As far as Papa John's goes. When I check leave at door, why can't you leave it at the g.d. door!!!! I already gave you a substantial tip, Do you want to hang out, See my face, Have a rad conversation?
I call in my order as gas prices are high and so delivery prices are higher. Lol other wise they always get my order correct and the taste is awesome. Nothing much else just recommend and love this location.
Not happy with our papa Johnny experience. Ordered $52 of pizza. Only received 1 pizza omstead of 2 and also had other pizza pieces on our sidewalk outside our apartment door. 1st pizz we received was also barely even warm. Had to call and request another 2nd pizza and it took over an hour for the replacement pizza to come
Ordered delivery about 1:00 pm New year's eve.Food temperature: unsatisfactory: the pizza was barely above room temperature, the wings were hot.Attention to detail/presentation: unsatisfactory: garlic sauce container had opened, spilling the contents into the pizza box. Only 1 pepperoncini pepper about the size of a teenager's pinky fingernail was included.Freshness: unsatisfactory: salad I got has a use by date 10 days ago! I'm not even going to try to choke it down. Decaying gasses are obviously accumulating, causing the plastic wrap to "dome."Taste: wings were quite good, pizza with new NY style crust was just okay, not well done as ordered.
My online order ended up reverting to original crust and sauce. I let the location know immediately when I got home. They said it’s not their problem because they made it the way the computer said. I just wanted to exchange for the pizza I intended to buy and they couldn’t care less about a happy customer. I called customer care and they aren’t quick to correct this issue, offering me a possible resolution from upper management sometime over the next 48 hours. Not a very good way to retain customers guys!

Ca.e here tonight 2 papadias philly steak extra meat. Literally 0.5 ounce of steak ( I weighed it on my food scale) medium 1 topping pizza has 6 pieces of sausage.
Josh took our order is awesome ?. Everything was 6$ each. He was very pleasant ? to talk to. Was patient on the phone while taking our order. The food is great.
