I got the green cobb salad thing and here's how it went.They served it with a crusty spoon.There were two thin slices of avocado.Three inch-sized pieces of chicken?And to top it off they gave me my extra sauce in a disposable container which is completely unnecessary seeing as I was eating in store. REUSABLE DISHES ARE BETTER FOR THE EARTH.Besides that, I wasn't greeted and they called out my order like I was being call by a military sergeant.I appreciate the possibility of a light, healthy meal that is quick and convenient. But, I don't trust their cleanliness. (Especially after reading other reviews).
I don't normally come here as it has been about 3 times that we have had this experience, but since it was Mother's Day and that's what my wife wanted we went!We ordered ahead of time and then chose to pick up the food since the baby was sleeping in the car seat. After waiting 30 minutes in the car I went inside to see what was going on. They were busy and there were a lot of people waiting for their food. There was an older gentleman working the pick up orders, and it seemed like there was no urgency at all with them. They were joking back and forth with one of the kitchen staff and not addressing any of the people waiting behind them.I understand being busy and taking a while. It's the fact that there was no urgency, and no update to us after sitting in the car for 10, 20, then 30 minutes with our flashing lights on.I am going to continue to avoid this place if I can, and I suggest you do too. That's no way to do food service.
the tomato basil is very tasty, only my stek white chedar came out like this, they need to clean their stoves every time they make a good meal.
Wait times during breakfast and lunch are horrendous. I wouldn't bother using the app because its just going to tell you that things are running behind. I came for a coffee and sandwich on a rapid order that took about 40 minutes longer than the 10 minutes they'd said I'd have to wait. The staff was kind but looks like employees are in very much in demand with little incentive.
I had not experienced a warmth and genuine welcoming to a place here in the state of Washington, until I visited this particular Panera location.As typical of Panera bread stores, they are clean, well maintained, fancy and yes, a bit pricey. But this time I met Tiffany, who greeted me as soon as I set my right foot indoors. She knew how to start a short conversation and keep it genuine and cool. I have never been familiar with their menu since I rarely visit, so Tiffany offered me guidance and was ver helpful assisting me with that.Normally on some or most type of restaurants quick or fast-casual, you will find high school kids that aren’t thinking on anything but hitting a joint as soon as they get out of work and could care any less about you or your food, but this time it was different.I really enjoyed being there!
We are frequent visitors to the Panera chain. Went to the Panera in Federal Way and we were very disappointed. My Asian chicken salad was the worst one I've ever had and it's usually my staple meal along with a cup of soup. The soup was good--chicken noodle but the salad was a bowl of very old, rotten looking lettuce. They should have told me ahead of time so I could order something else. Instead they hid the crummy lettuce under all the usual toppings. I threw it away--along with the money I paid for it with. Bathrooms were also dirty. I don't recommend going there unless you aren't picky about what you eat. And there is an adage that if the bathrooms aren't clean...the kitchen isn't either. Can't speak to that. Just saying what I saw.
Absolutely amazing how to raspberry iced tea just to die for him and I also had soup and a sandwich and everything was amazing the customer service there it's just perfect they're really on top of the game there never a dull moment when I first walked into the moment I left I think you Panera for give me a great experience. I highly recommend it to anybody that wants to have a good meal no no no not good a phenomenal.
Stopped in to sample the famous Panera goods. We sampled from the sandwich menu the side dish / salad soup fruit menus as well as a sampling of three or four of beverages. We ordered a steak and Swiss sandwich, a turkey tomato onion lettuce cheese bacon sandwich both were small and sparse, how disappointing! The tease were about what you'd expect want a regular black iced tea the other a purple and herbal tea, nothing to write home about. They were doing a pretty brisk business for dinner time which is when we stopped in about 6:00 p.m. on a Wednesday night. It's our first time into the place and since we were taking our meals to go and since we were taking our meals to go and since we were taking our meals to go, The two to go stations right inside the door is where we parked and did a pretty easy job placing our order without a whole lot of extra direction. Once you place your order they don't really tell you where to go or what to do eventually we came to realize they were going to text us which worked out fine we sat in the standard seating area and waited for our food It was prepared and presented pretty quickly We brought it home and we have now had our one and one only visit to Panera bread.
1/1/2022 0805 am Panera at federal way by 320th No hand sanitizer available at their restaurant . When asked, they were not accommodating and one staff at the counter even made a comment that. “ you think people should have it with them by now”. Very rude and disrespectful staff!!! Just to let the owner and manager know, I’ll be reporting your place to department of health. As a health care worker I know the law that facilities like restaurants should always have hand sanitizer coz of the pandemic as they require everyone to wear mask before entering their restaurant.
Who ever made the green smoothie, it was just tasting like water mixed with lettuce, I had it before and know how it really supposed to be. Messed up big time, left out ingredients for sure. Lucky for them I was too exhausted from work to complain about this trash smoothie and about wasting my money and waiting time for this? who ever worked the evening shift on 12/23/21 please work on your skill, you waste my money and time
