I ordered a bigger place with chow main and I got white rice. I also asked for a soda but never got it and was told that they can not add to orders at the window. They told me if I wanted it changed I would have to either come in and re-order or go through the drive through again. I am not happy at all!!!

Chow mein left too long is like cold fries. Pretty much eliminated all fast dining these past years. Panda pays more and is mostly consistent.

My wife and I brought a two year old here to eat, I ordered the crispy almond chicken breast and it was far too salty. I asked if I could have it simply replaced with orange chicken and the without hesitation a young man named Brandon was very helpful and fixed things. It's because of him I leave this review, Thank you so much for your hard work and great customer service Brandon!

Today I paid for my family’s meals in CASH. I was told I would HAVE to donate my change because this store had no change to give back. RIDICULOUS!! This is a business!! I had to yell my order to the worker who then argued with me that my child could not have Chow mein as an entree. WHO CARES!! Your company is still charging the same price for a side vs an entree!! Never going back to this restaurant. SUCH BAD SERVICE!!

I order a bowl of rice and brocoli beef and got a little rice 5 pieces of brocoli and 2 small pieces of beef. That's just not right

The service got horrible here, had to wait overall for the food about almost an hour and when finally I went to ask where’s the order they were like oh we are short of stuff and we were about to bring the food to you. The worst experience that ever happened to us.

Went through drive-thru. We were asked by a woman over the speaker if we wanted to pay separately for our two orders so we decided and said yes. After giving our order, we were also asked if we wanted to donate to their charity and we said no.Got to the window - the order was on one tab. We told the guy the order's (two big plates) should be separate. When he fixes it so its separate, he doesn't give the correct change back for the first order. We asked for the rest of the change and the guy said it was donated to their charity. We told him we clearly said no and wanted the rest of our change.Did not appreciate we had to ask for the change back because it was marked for a donation after we said no. I'm not sure if it was a mix up due to a woman taking our order and a the guy cashiering at the window or if they thought we wouldn't notice, but it was a frustrating experience none the less. I feel now, if I go back, I will have to check my change each time.

Terrible service at drive thru, rude staff and cold food! Better of at House Teriyaki Wok on the other side of The Crossings.

Very disappointed that I ordered some platter 2 days prior and when I got there.To get it ,it was not ready..The girl that look at my receipt said I don't know anything about this order...I paid in advance to make sure it will be ready for our party but unfortunately no one knew about the order..For some reason the day I went in to pay my platters the girl that did my order wrote it on a receipt plain paper and I was thinking to myself that it will be misplaced..and it did.Someone else at the office had to get it when she returned no utensils and sauces etc..and the fried rice was hard and burnt ???. So yeah never again...our company will not order from them ever again???the one in federal way enchanted way,Wa.First the order was not made..and this is the second time this happened..I gave them benefit of a doubt that this recent order will be good to go...they need to hire people that actually know what their doing?
