I came here for lunch every week now , people behind the counter are nice , smiling , they pretty busy !! Good food all time ...no drying.One Good panda place.
Ordered on line. Got there and had to wait 30 minutes before I got my food. Service was horrible but food was good. Not very big servings
We ordered from this panda express for a family get together. The staff was very nice but overloaded with orders at 3pm on a Sunday. We ordered two family plates and a number of dishes were not prepared right. Their orange chicken was very spicy and the honey sesame chicken was spicy but it wasn't supposed to be. The broccoli beef had issues too: the beef was over cooked and the broccoli was under cooked.I will not be ordering again from them for a meal that cost $80.
Food is definitely fast food, don’t expect healthy “clean” choices here. There version of chow mein is chopped up noodles with a ton of cabbage. The customer service is a hit & miss. I have never experienced a smooth transition at this store. A bunch of high school age children with no real visual signs of management anywhere. We were not given our receipt and when we asked for the receipt, the young man stated he had thrown it away and NO one possessed the capability to print another copy.
Friendly customer service & clean location.Display of food choices was not of quality. There were more than 5 items that were not replenished.Had to wait! Servings were like kid's portions. Fried rice and noodles had no flavor.
Great experience at this Panda Express! Staff were professional, friendly and communicative when I came in to pick up my order. Will be returning :)
The food has gone down. I suspect it’s because of the new meat products, very poor quality. Tonight’s order will be the last time I ever have Panda.
Ate early morning at 10:45am and got food that was far below average. Chow mein tasted and smelled burnt. Orange chicken was cold.Don’t go here in the morning. Staff was half asleep.
My mother and I went here last Saturday, August 8, 2021. I really appreciate the way the employees treated us especially, Kai. I asked for the managers number and he had her come out. I really can't praise them enough, especially Kai, on how respectful and responsible they act, dress, and take care of each other and the customers. Highly recommend that all service employees take notice. It is hard to find ones so young and just plain decent people. There's so much going on anymore and such anger, whatnot. These should be treated well by their employer.
Not a bad Panda Express but no drive-thru which has a bummer. Seriously this location could go to another building and do even more business if it had a drive-thru. Maybe someday one of the other places on the strip will go out of business and they'll move into it. Overall the employees here are very nice. Kind of a bummer while I was there they just absolutely shut off their soda machine. So odd is there were still people getting food and everything. I've never seen a place do that while they're serving customers and say sorry you paid for a soda but you can't use it. One employee said I'll get you a bottle of soda instead then took it back. I should have asked for a refund. Funny part was people were still inside eating. Again, no manager on site that I could tell. Employees didn't care. I'll think twice before coming to this location again.
