Pretty decent all you can eat restaurant, especially the pork belly and the beef tongue. They have a lot of option to choose from, pork, beef, chicken, seafood, etc. The kimchi is actually not very authentic, the taste is different compared to what I tasted before. However, the soup is really delicious, so is the steamed egg. Waiter is very nice, creates conversation with guest and make us feel welcomed.
Wow!!! Just wow!!! Awesome service they were on it no joke. The food was awesome u cook it yourself and it's amazing. Great time to bond with whom ever u take here, i took my family and my toddler behaved amazing.we all ate great and above all it's entertaining for em watching us cook the meals on the table ... This place i would rate a 7 star if i could just because it was beyond amazing all around in and out ..Highly recommend it ...
I have been going to this place for years. On last visit customer service and new policy were horrible. They charge you for the sauce to dip your meat. Have you ever seen a bbq place charge you for the dipping sauce? They also charge me for left over that was the first plate they brought out. If I order extra and have left over than that would be fine, but this is the first plate. It wasn’t taste right that was why we didn’t eat it yet they still want to charge it. The service girl was rude about it. I don’t really care much for ten dollars extra of the bill 250$, but the way they are doing it is just upsetting. We won’t come back anymore. Service is bad and food quality is going down. There are many better places in Federal Way
I was working across the street that day and was craving for that Korean soft tofu soup, so i thought I would try the place. I was so amazed by the hospitality of the servers and the swift response to any request. The soup was very satisfying! It really hit the spot. Also love the appetizers like always. Just the right amount. I overestimated my hunger and also ordered fried chicken but i could only eat one because i concentrated on my soup. Brought home the rest. Very happy with this place!
**READ EVERYTHING**This is my story. A few years back, I used to not like this place because of their service and every time I would go it wouldn’t even be that busy and would be super passive in their attitude. But last night everything changed, we were greeted and the servers were always available and made sure they got everything as fast as they could in a respectful manner and enthusiastic. I left my wallet unfortunately with some cash but when I finally figured out I left it there I came back to get it and all my cash was there! Not only they have stellar service, great food, but the employees have great integrity. Will definitely make this the new spot for Korean Barbecue
We had a bad experience at this restaurant today. We had the all you can eat BBQ. We ordered the spicy squid but the waitress brought out both spicy and the plain kind. I told her we didn't order the plain squid and asked her to take it back but she said she can't take it back because they can't serve it to another customer. She left it on our table. We didn't like it so we didn't eat it. Towards the end of the meal she said they charge extra for any left over food. We finished everything except for the squid. The bill came and we were charged for the unfinished squid. We tried to tell her that it's not what we ordered. She gave us a bad attitude and pretty much threw the bill on our table.We have been to this restaurant multiple times. Lately, he service and food quality have been getting worse. Our favorite items like brisket and short ribs are now unpalatable. The brisket so chewy and tough, the marinated short ribs so bland and also tough. We won't be coming back here and don't recommend this place.
I would’ve gave them a 5 star because their delicious food but we had a waitress that was not very profession, He was giving attitude & wasn’t properly putting our foods on the table. Also, when we asked for something he gave us something different. I don’t know if he was having a bad day but that is no way to serve customers. Other than that the other employees were great & so was the food!
Been going here a while and I LOVE their food. They have all you can eat as well as meat combos. Best part, whatever you don't eat from the meat combos you can take home. The service is good, place is clean, and they give you lots of side dishes with your meat. But if it's your first time going, go when it's not busy to have a good impression, because it can get chaotic in there.
Great food and service :) Have been here a couple times and loved it each visit. The unlimited menu is $37.95 as of when I'm writing this and while the price has gone up a bit, I still think it's worth it! The meat all tastes great and they always have a good selection of sides and drinks. Was seated quickly and everything was pretty clean/not greasy. The servers were attentive and very appreciative. Would def recommend for anyone who is new to kbbq since some kbbq places can be quite intimidating to newcomers.
We went here for my husband's birthday and we were so disappointed. $200 we spent and we were pushed out the door after 1.5 hours. We only got one round of food, which of course was our choice but we weren't even able to sit and enjoy it. The whole concept, my husband knew what to do, but I really feel like if we did not have him with us we would have been totally clueless... And honestly we felt that way most of the time we were there.I'm sorry I hate seeing this but it was terrible and I hated it! We all felt the same way. That's very hard to do because we are all very easy going and going out to dinner with my mother-in-law and all of us for birthdays is something that we really look forward to doing so it takes a whole lot to rain on that parade... We walked out of there soaking wet!
