We ordered over the phone then went to the pickup spot and we didn’t have to wait very long. But when we got back to our next location( not our house) we realized they didn’t give us the strawberry sauce that goes with the strawberry cake. Also we didn’t get any silverware to eat with and we let them know that. Then when my boyfriend went to go inside to get the stuff after driving back, we still didn’t have silverware. So we had to wait to eat till after our next stop instead of before so we had utensils to use once we got home. And by the time we got home our food was cold. I’m pregnant and don’t eat here very often, this was a splurge. Very disappointing.
Place is disgusting, Staff is slow and lazy, they probably spit in our food. We had to wait 30 min before being seated meanwhile groups of three that had just walked in get seated 15 min before us. I ordered soup and salad and my wife ordered five cheese pasta, Food was Luke warm almost as if it had been sitting in heat light or something, and endless salad which isn’t endless because they make you wait so long for the next batch you just say I want to go home. Sincerely, you guys need work.

Make sure to ask Ashley to be your waitress. She works Friday-Sunday. She is very friendly and made our experience at Olive Garden awesome! We will definitely come back again in the future on a day she works.The food was great and because of Ashley, we had plenty of breadsticks and soup to eat.Don't forget to tip her well! :)
Always great food and got a great server. Only wish we were offered drink refills even since we were there an hour +. However I think we just distracted her with small talk because she did check in multiple times. Therefore I won't hold it against her because I didn't even notice until it was 2 late to want a whole new drink.
We had a nice waitress and the food was delicious. I really loved my unlimited gnocchi soup and breadsticks. Also my family was really satisfied, thanks for having us.Sorry for the pictures, took them too late haha.
LOVE Olive Garden & this location! Whether we dine in or takeout the experience is always great! Tried curbside pickup for the first time tonight & it was just as great! From the ease of ordering online, the check-in process & finally the expedient & friendly delivery service to my car. It was awesome, but I expected nothing less! Thanks Federal Way Olive Garden team!
Ordered carbonara. What. The hell. Was that. It was basically a flavorless, watered down bechamel with over cooked spaghetti. No egg. No cheese. No cured pork. No pepper. So, in other words, NOT CARBONARA! Not even close, by any stretch of the imagination. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because the chicken gnocchi soup was pretty tasty. Everything else would embarrass me if it had come from my kitchen.
First time there - love the breadsticks and soup!The dishes were good and you get full on breadsticks. We also used two coupons for free appetizer and dessert.Very kind servers.
I will no longer be visiting this establishment. The service is terrible and the food is mediocre at best. The last straw being dinner being spilled on my dad, the waitress and the "manager" were completely unapologetic and unconcerned with the mishap.. And while accidents do happen and that is okay, their lack of care for customers after the accidents is definitely not okay. The lack of genuine customer service is absolutely astounding. I get it if some customers are being jerks, but my parents were not mistreating you.
