Based upon a friend’s recommendation, we tried New York Vinny’s Grab and Go pizza. To say that was underwhelming would be an overstatement. The crust was chewy and tough, there was hardly any sauce, and the cheese was not evenly spread across the pizza. Since I never get pizza from the national chains, I can’t discuss how it compares to them which seems to be one of the reasons that reviewers like New York Vinny’s. I can just tell you that compared to other independent pizza restaurants Federal Way, New York Vinny’s misses the mark. They’re getting two stars because the pepperoni pizza had lots of pepperoni and it was ready exactly when they said it would be their website.

Even with $10 first order coupon it came to almost $27 for this 18 inches Supreme Pizza and I am SOOOO sad that I got no olives, and only like a tablespoon of onion and green pepper. It's almost just a pepperoni pizza. Pizza tastes ok minus I didn't get what I ordered and paid extra for this kind of Pizza. So disappointing.

Just Ordered $200 dollars worth of pizza, which honestly is only like 6 pizzas on DoorDash with around 2 hrs before closing time on a Saturday and the Employees At the Store Cancelled it !!!!What!!!!?????Hope boss doesn't find out they turned down major revenue for the night just so they could clean up early
Ordered pepperoni, good crust, good sauce, cheese is a little sharp for my taste.

Great pizza, had it many times.The problem occurred when I tried to order tonight. I was thwarted at every turn. Called twice and spent 18 minutes total on hold. Tried to order online for pickup but not an option. The link went to page not found. None of the delivery service menus offered a pickup option.Very disappointed because we really like your pizza. So sad...
This tastes very similar to Papa John's pizza, just a little worse. Absolutely not NY Pizza. NY pizza should be thin and greasy. This was extra doughy with just mediocre flavor crust. The bread, sauce, and cheese are what make it NY. This falls way short on all the marks. It's fine for what it is, but should stop calling itself NY pizza just because they're from NY. Save your money and go to Papa John's.
Just ordered from Grubhub...Have you ever reheated a pizza and noticed how the grease saturates the cheese (like shalack), or how the crust turns to rock? Well that is what was delivered to my family and I just now. Vinny may be from New York, but this pizza is not.) Definitely not fresh.
I walk in and the manager walks up to tell me I need a mask or to leave. I take a look around at all the employees with masks around their chin or under their nose. Then the person at the front desk took my money when I put on my mask and walked to the back to handle my food without washing their hands. I normally love this place and the pizza is amazing but that left a bad taste in my mouth. Will not be going back
