I contacted menchies in federal way to get info on a gift card for my daughter after speaking with the manager there , Diago who was both very helpful and courteous he set it up for her to be able to come into the store and pick up the gift card I prepaid for her which was literally the only way for her to receive it in time for her birthday. I must acknowledge and thank him for his time as he went above and beyond to assist me and my daughter who just left there with her kids said her experience there was outstanding and she lived the food and her experience with the people working there so two thumbs up you guys at menchie's in federal way Thank you
Love Menchies great flavors that change during each different month. Adding the various toppings makes it a lot of fun customizing to what your taste buds like. You pay by weight not by toppings and or frozen yogurt flavors.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Place is super clean and well maintained. This place had nice variety of flavors, including dairy free options. Besides, they do offer samples again. And masks are optional now.I believe prices raised though. We barely got anything and paid more than expected. I would assume you'll pay 7-8 dollars for a normal sized portion of frozen yogurt. Seems like a good deal until I come with all 5 kids. I wish they had a bundle discount or family deals. We would come more often.

Store in need of renovation. Also, windows, floors, and tables in need of cleaning. Frozen yogurt was good with a good variety.
Its been over a year since my boys & I walked into a Menchies, we used to go 2-3 times a week before Covid. Upon entering, no one was in the front, we began to serve ourselves. My boys are allergic to Peanuts & one has Celiac disease We began dispensing the Oreo Flavor, since it read "Gluten free" only to notice in small print further below that is contained WHEAT. I asked the worker when he finally return if he could check for me, he came back 5 minutes later indicating that it was NOT Gluten free, I told him to at least cross this out or place tape on the "Gluten Free" label, he said he would mention this to his Manager. He left and went in back again. Another worker came out, with no apron ,no name tag. I asked if he worked here. I asked were his name tag was, he said it's in his pocket. These two boys were very unprofessional, like they really did not want to be there, no smiles on there face, no greeting, no nothing. It actually sadden me to see our favorite Menchies had people with no enthusiasm and lack of care running the place. Thank you
