Check your meats. Quite literally.Ordered 5 breakfast sandwiches and 2 out of the 3 had no meat (ham and sausage patty). I wouldn't mind if it wasn't food for other people but it was. We waited a while for the curbside pick up too...quite disappointing. This location always seems to get orders wrong. It's either they forget something inside the actual order or they serve you lukewarm coffee or they just make you wait for a long period of time after going through and waiting in the drive thru. But hey, it's fast food, not great good right? ?

Worst McDonald’s ever they look at you while you wait to order and leave you there without so much as a hello or give us a moment it’s obvious they are busy and tho you try to be patient their look that they give you is a bit frustrating. As we are waiting we noticed the pple who were waiting for their order were also being ignored and when they got tired of waiting they asked regarding their order n the staff didn’t look at the ticket number just said it was being worked on and that they are busy with the drive through the manager isn’t wearing a name tag but she is a short Asian women is very rude to customers for asking if they can be helped ( sorry best way I can describe her hope McDonald’s reads this and talks to her about customer service )

The worst experience I've had at any restaurant. My order had an item missing and the lobby was closed so I had to walk to the back to tell the window they forgot it. He said to give him the recipept and go to the front and he would give me the missing item. I waited and waited at the front for at least 5 minutes and was not given the food item. I left because of how terrible this location's customer service is and their ability (or lack thereof) to ever give me the food correctly.

Glad that they opened their dining room. I was tired of their congested DT. I can use their kiosk to order food. (Wash your hands after you use that).

I have had some good experiences at this location. However there is much to be desired. I had a female manager actually yell at me when I asked her why it took 20 minutes to get my curbside order - a soda and fries. She then refused to give me her name when I asked for it. I complained to an area manager and he said I would get something in the mail, which I never did. They are always confused with curbside pickup, coming up to the wrong car. I have to enter in which curbside space I'm parked in into the app, how can they be confused?? A couple of times giving me the wrong items, or cold fries. There is a male manager who is extremely nice which is why I gave two stars. I just generally avoid this place.

They were nice, even held on for me to download the Mobile app so that I could use my points. Great service, other than us asking for hot fries.

This particular restaurant has gone to the dogs. Today I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal. The burgers were open to the air (badly wrapped, laziness) and no napkins (again laziness). This used to be a good restaurant, no more!!! Find another store!!!!!

I just went through drive thru for a mcdouble. This is what I got after the drive thru attendant was annoyed because I wanted a refund. Short staffed or not, that is a poor excuse for a poor attitude and a sloppy job. I dont even want to eat because I feel like someone spit in it. ?

After we had paid for our food at the drive-thru, they told us to park up front and wait for our food. Then they told every car behind us to do the same. Employees came out with food and halfheartedly checked one or two cars in a FULL parking lot to see who's it was. After not finding the car, they just went back inside and never checked again. My wife had to go in and ask, and the staff were rude to her when she asked about our food. Horrible customer service.

They're worried more about their time we're parked at their window vs the quality and accuracy of our order! And they had the audacity to hang up on me when I called to straighten this mess up! So irritating to consistently deal with this location and their jacked up unorganized process... They need reconstruction to their procedures and especially the team!
