The street/path to access this McDonald has been in disrepair for months. This is the only way to access this McDonalds by car, it needs to be fixed. The app does not let you select to pick you food up from inside even though the lobby is open. Service for curbside pick up was a little slow this trip but they were busy and are generally timely. The rating is based on the road/path to access this location. Even if it's an adjacent property or public street, the franchise ownership should be vested in getting this road/path repaired and frankly paved.
what's going on with the entrance to the parking lot? substantial potholes impede access to this location and the Dutch Bros next door. its been in poor condition for months with no apparent repairs.
Messed up my order and then when I tell the lady she said I was wrong and I needed to go thru the drive thru again after I already waited forever. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Mcdonalds are McDonald's, that's why their franchise is so successful, food is almost always the same. But it's the service, staff and speed that separate them. This one has an awesome staff who are friendly and good at what they do.
Worst McDonald's ever I ordered on 1/28/2022 and not only did they miss 2 big macs but the 5 cheese burgers I ordered literally came without no Meat. My sister took a bite into nothing but cheese and bread lol I was dying cause this is the first couldn't believe it.
Terrible location. I've been eating Mcdonald's every 1-3 months for decades and it has been at least 7+ years since I have seen a location this bad. While ordering, I inquired if they had the Coke Freestyle Machine so I could ask for whatever I wanted, he said yes, I ordered a Large Caffeine Free Diet Coke. Got to the window and it was a Medium Diet Coke. Asked the lady at the window half a dozen times to correct it and she kept telling me it was $4 additional. Could not get through to them to save my life. And then my McNuggets were luke warm and fries cold. Stopped down the street at the gas station, threw it all out, and got much better snack at the gas station convenience store.
It was late night so I appreciated the fast and friendly service but cold fries with no salt and zero napkins included with our order reduces their stars by one each.
I was just ordering food a few minutes ago in drive thru. The lady on running drive through sounded rude. I used to work McDonald's and i never would put my anger on a customer. I drove away and never paid for the foos or picked it up. Work on your customer service lady. I had to repeat so many times. I wasn't trying to make a review but her attitude needs help. Not coming back sorry not sorry
Ordered 2 meals, one with a Larger Sweet Tea when we arrived at window 2, we were given 2 med size drinks. Informed the manager that the sweet tea supposed to be a large. He dumped the drink in a large cup and added 2 more scoops of ice and hand it back to me. SMH
This The best McDonald’s in the area my order is almost always right and if there is a mistake they always fix it. A lot of the other ones in the area could care less. The manager must be really good here.
