I don’t know about you guys but it seems like for the park 10 or 12 years this franchise restaurant customer service as gone down the drain. And it seem they are not doing anything to improve their customer service Not only that but the size of their burgers has gotten smaller by a 1/3. But I must say their fries ? are still better then most, and getting a drink at any size for a $1 or has it gone up.
Absolutely horrible. Ordered breakfast on the app like I did the day before. This time, the lobby was locked (715am) forcing me to wait in a long drive through line. They then could not find my mobile order. I asked for a manager and the drive through person Jasmine said they were the manager. She indicated the lock on the lobby door was broken. No effort to prop the door opens open another door, or post a note on the door... She then told me "it's not my fault you don't know how to use the app". She then asked for proof of payment which I showed and she refunded me $5 of the $5.47 I paid in the app... I'll be following up with corporate and the franchise owner about Jasmine.
Holy @#$%, worst place. Sat in the drive through overflow waiting for our food to be brought out. The employees had no clue what order belongs to what numbers on the receipt. Had saw a women walking around with our order and when we flagged her down she was aliment that the order wasn't ours and proceeded to walk around car to car to find who it belonged to. They had to remake our meal because she kept reaching her hand in the bags and put her face in the bag.I'd love to give 0/5 stars but Google won't let me.
Typical McDonald's in regards to food, you'll know what you are getting there. Service is good, employees are polite and quick which is what I'm looking for as I go through the drive thru.This one gets 3 stars as they are slower than others about half the time I go there.
I wanted to get breakfast, got in line for the drive thru at 1025am, got to order at 1031am. I had watched them change the menu from breakfast to lunch, but they refused to allow me to order breakfast because of 1 minute. When I said I wanted a McGriddle, the person taking my order said "2 big macs, anything else?"Unwilling to allow a customer to order something because of 1 minute is poor business. I left and got Jack in the Box breakfast instead, which is much better anyways.Be like Jack In The Box, have the full menu available all day.
I was standing in line next to a woman who went through the drive-thru. She brought back in 2 full medium French fries she said were cold. She gave them to an employee who took them back to the manager who was behind the front line near the FF station. The manager appeared to ask what was wrong and the employee told him. The manager looked out in the direction of the dining room, took the fries from the employee and poured them back on top of new fries in the salting bin, then mixed them all together. I saw and the woman customer saw him do it. I left because I knew what was coming next.
I ordered two sprites, one medium and one large, and they made us pull forward in the drive though and wait. I get it if that's for a bigger order, but it was two sprites. Also, I'm pretty sure they accidentally gave our sprites to someone else so we had to wait even longer. Like it's okay, but it was just weird.
This is the worst McDonald's I have ever seen. It's absolutely not okay the way this business is run. Everytime we go there, there are one of 3 problems: Our order is messed up in one way or another, their ice cream machine is "broken" despite them being able to quickly fix it themselves, or the employees are needlessly rude for no reason. Just a few minutes ago, we got our order. Yes, there weren't many drivers so we had to wait a little bit, but they have the ability to keep our food warm if the drivers are taking a while to arrive/be available. Issue was, our driver took 10-15 minutes from the time of accepting our order, to dropping it off. When we opened the food, it was cold. Not lukewarm, it felt like it had been sitting outside for 20 minutes. Meaning despite the fact that they had the ability to keep our food warm, they didn't. We picked our food up the second it got here, so it shouldn't have of been cold at all. I would highly not recommend going here unless you plan to get the employees fired in one way or another
Good restaurant Management is always friendly workers are also. Only had one bad experience which thinking back on was only caused due to the busy time of day. This store has a track record of having a steady line of business.. Even when they get busy thier still usually on target with times as well as service I've never heard any complaints. Since the new drive up and go service started its been even better in my opinion
This place has absolutely fallen apart. I work close so i stop by for a quick snack. This is my 3rd time in the last month they have messed up my order . It's correct on the screen yet. Plz don't support this place until this fix the problems. Management completely ignored me today when I went it to ha e the good fixed. Absolutely trash pile management
