Used to have such a good experience as a customer. Got one wrong order and came to correct it only to have one of the employees be extremely rude. I could hear her from the front counter "If I could say what I want to say-" which tells me she has told off other customers before. I will not be returning and giving my business to other pizza chains nearby as they aren't the only ones, but the cheapest.
They had us wait nearly 40min waiting outside when they told us it would be 20min. All the workers were standing inside not realizing there was a car parked at the front the entire time waiting for their food. When I went in and asked the employee about my order, they looked confused????? And the whole time it was sitting in the vault and the worker said "oh I was wondering where that order went". Like, they told us it was going to be a wait but in the time we spent waiting, all these other folks were getting their food, even the ones who came in after us. It was an inconvenience to sY the least. And I understand there was some situation with the cops but that still does not excuse them wasting our time.
Horrible customer service, laxidasical staff. Walked in and know one acknowledged me. After 2 minutes I called for staff and someone came sauntering up to the counter looking at her phone. Are we so desperate for help that we allow customer service to be non existence?? I was there 3:15 on 3/15.
Pretty okay place, pizza is served quick and employees are kind but this place does need some cleaning around it, overall it’s not bad I don’t know if I would recommend it
Would be one if it wasn't for the wings, literally just ordered from doordash and I have not one but 2 pizzas that is literally riddled with bubbles and not small ones either. One slice is completely covered with a giant bubbles except for an inch and a half. I measured because I was stunned on how big it was as someone who worked in the pizza industry for both of my starting jobs. I normally don't write these because I hate getting people in trouble as a 20 yr old who understands minimum wage jobs can be tough but Jesus, this was awful. There was also a very minimal amount of not only cheese but sauce as well. Keep a better eye on the pizza when it's cooking and pop the bubbles. This should've been remade, not sent out.

Experience varies greatly depending on how busy they are. If they are even a bit busy you could be waiting an hour or more! They tend to get backed up quickly and panic which only makes things worse! If their not busy then it's great. Quick happy great experience! Just look for how full the parking lot is!
Just picked up pizza, completely wrong order! Tried to call 4x to correct the problem but they don’t answer the phone!!! Not driving back to the store to correct their mistake, guess we’re going without dinner. If accurate customer service is important to you, Don’t order from this business!
Not bad as far as cheap pizza goes. I would suggest calling to confirm any customization if ordering online. My "no sauce" pizza came with sauce even though showing correctly on the receipt.The delivery time was acceptable, and the delivery driver was super nice. He called to let me know he had arrived and asked if I had any specific instructions for him for dropping off the pizza.The entire process was quick and easy and would have been great if my food had actually been how I ordered. I gave an extra star because of the delivery driver. :)
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! Ordered 2 large pizzas and found hairs baked into the crust. When I called and talked to the manager KUMARr he told me that the next time I came in our pizzas would be free. Came in a couple weeks later they said I need receipt, and they could replace the pizzas.. I gave them the reciept, day, name f the manager (KUMAR)I talked to and exactly what happened then they back tracked and said let me call my manager. They called Kumar the manager and was told he would not honor his word and his employee was lying to him the whole time on the phone and then told us she didn't care if we ever came back because others come to their restaurant and don't care if there is hair or other things their pizzas. And when we told her she wasnt doing things right her response was she didn't care if she was doing the right thing. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! CALLING COOPERATE OFFICE AND HEALTH DEPARTMENT.
