Had the seafood combo place. Fish was well flavored in a yummy batter. The short ribs were super tasty. The shrimp was moist. And the macaroni salad was exactly as you would want.
We got two combo plates and three of us ate and had leftovers. The pork was tender, the kalbi ribs were just right, and the chicken was moist - and everything tasted great.
Drove from Spanaway Washington to L & L located in Federal Way and shortly after being here a customer who was so rude but the crew members in the front were very professional at all times. I ask to speak to the Manager and Britney was her name and I told her I was in the Army as a Staff Seargeant and works with explosives and looking for roadside bombs and I was in charge of 16-18 soldiers. I told her I admire how she and her crew deal with the situation I just saw and I thank her n her crew by giving them tips. I had to drive 45min but for sure I’ll be back again.
LOVE L&L, the food has always been delicious. I hadn’t had it in some time and ordered delivery recently and was not dissatisfied. The food was still hot and made perfectly.
Really dig this L&L thats newly local to me. Great service. A woman working there, I think the manager ran out to make sure I had received my Mac salad. When she realized I had, she gave me the extra anyway..
Chicken Katsu, pork, musubis, grilled chicken here are all gas. could definitely use a little more rice on the plates, but the portions are already so big that I could never finish any of this stuff in one sitting anyways. that alone makes this place worth it. Most of the employees are long-term, I've seen some of the same cooks and cashiers for years. I just hope they bring back the daily specials they used to have before covid.
We absolutely love their food and order from L&L Hawaiian Barbecue at least twice a week. This place gives you a "taste" of Hawaiian food in the mainland of America! The staff is always courteous, helpful and friendly!
Decent food and quick service. Staff are a bit bland. As of 5/1/22 you can not dine in, and you have to wait outside for your food. Not bad if you want a quick meal thats pretty authentic.
Food is pretty good. Pretty fast. The fries would greatly benefit from even the tiniest sprinkle of salt. They still have no dine in option, no bathrooms, and no waiting inside, however if you plan for that, you should well enjoy your meal.
Absolutely delicious! Love the different choices of food and everything is always cooked perfectly!
