I was so hungry and decided to walk into Jersey Mikes for a sub sandwich. It wasn’t busy. I was politely helped right away and ordered a Mike’s Famous Philly. I had no idea it was to be cooked. The cook was cooking other orders and put mine on right away. She was also very nice! Long story short, I absolutely highly recommend this restaurant! The food was hot, fresh and outstanding! I had the absolute, ultimate, excellent service! Very, very, clean! Thank you! I will be back!

Had an amazing experience! The staff was great and greeted me as soon as I came in. Food was amazing, we we’re delighted with everything! 100% would recommend anyone in the area looking for a delicious sub.

The greatest service tonight from an amazing crew working under crazy pressure! The assistant manager Dorothy and the whole crew made great sandwiches for so many people!! Kudos to the whole staff!!
High quality. They've got a couple of customer service issues to address, but they are more than up to the task. Management of this brand new location exceeded my expectations dealing with a service issue I had. I recommend for the very best experience, use the app to order since it allows for the leisurely selection of several options. I hope once the free Saturday delivery promotion is over, delivery fees don't eliminate them as a meal choice.
This location in particular is not great at acknowledging customers and at the very least telling them they’ll be with them in a moment. It wasn’t even busy and yet there I sat, ignored. More than one person saw me too. This isn’t the first time either.
A+ definitely “A Sub Above”. I really liked how they get the meat out & slice it in front of you like a deli. Really friendly service. I will definitely return.
Convenient location but definitely need to work with staff on training and confidence. Went in this evening for three sandwiches and the manager interrupted the poor kid making them for me. He then got so frazzled that he forgot mayo and bacon on all my sandwiches. Disappointing to say the least.
