Cant say I've been to a worse Jack in the Crack. Went for lunch, cold burgers and unfriendly service. Went for breakfast, cold burritos unfriendly service and a long wait. Wont be going back. Could offer me free food for a month and it wouldnt be worth it. The best thing about this location is safeway deli is right across the street.
Always closed. Either that they're out of everything. I don't know who runs this place but they've done a horrible job. I've found garbage in my food many times from this place it's so unsanitary. They need to just sell and move a mcdonalds into that place. They would do great there
I use to work there about 2 years ago and they let me go 5 days after starting through text without any notice. When I first was employed they gave me zero instructions and not a single orientation they just expected me to randomly know how to do everything they had told me to do. I tried to keep a professional attitude throughout my experience because I wanted to make sure the customers got good service. My time was filled judgement, disrespectful attitudes, and they made me feel as though I did not belong.
I ordered two double jack combo meals, for me and a pal. My friends burger was awfully cold, and mine was hot. It’s not fair to share a meal when one is enjoying a fresh burger and the other not.
Will was the breth of fresh air this place needed. I have had an average to awful experience nearly every time I've visited this location and I seldom do reviews but wills contagious personality and enthusiasm when ordering is an experience i wont soon forget i hope he can train the rest of the staff because he was an absolute rock star.
So I ordered a burger and was very specific about what not to put on it. Because of food allergies I said no cheese or mayonnaise,.I only wanted lettice, tomatoe, and light mustard. I always check my food in the drive through and there was cheese on it. I asked politely that they make me a fresh one. They brought it back to me and I asked if it was fresh and the response was yes. It was cold, the wrapper on it was all greasy. It was obvious to me that it was not fresh. Anyway at that point I asked for a refund because I did not trust them.I wrote the above review on Saturday that just passed. The owner did responded to my review today with a written response (Monday). The owner suggested that I go to a JackIn the box web address to fill out some form so that it could be investigated internally.After reading some of their reviews today I have decided to not fill out their forms They had a number of reviews in the past few months that were not good ( two stars or less ), that tells me that they are not really trying to fix the problem. My hamburgers made the way I like taste so much better and with the way prices have gone up for a burger, it makes sense for me to make my own.
The disrespect is all I can say. Then I asked for the managers name. And he said he didn't have to tell me. Smh.... First they lied to me for no reason. Then I caught the lie, had to go back around the drive thru. I got my money back got another sandwich. I asked for something for my inconvenience an they said no. Saying I gave you your money back. I'm just disappointed this location is falling apart. Hella kids running the store now. Just disappointed really.
Lady that works at the register (blonde hair) refused to give her name and the name of the manager, she said the manager had left the restaurant which doesn’t make sense cause a manager is suppose to be working on the floor with the crew members. Very slow. Terrible Customer Service. Don’t look forward to coming back.
Picked up delivery order. Doordash app says the restaurant requests drivers to pick up inside to avoid long lines backing up the drive thru. That would be great if true cuz I really don't wanna sit in the long line that takes forever! But all doors are locked, and the
