Store closed - ordered mobile order and no signs saying closed and no answer on phone and I am currently out my money as you cannot cancel an order or request a refund - now I will have to go thru my bank.

Terrible service. TERRIBLE! They got my order wrong 3 times and got me waiting 25+ minutes for them to get my order right AFTER the 3rd attempt. I just asked for no cheese on my burger THATS IT. The first burger there’s cheese, the second burger there’s EXTRA cheese, and then the next, we’ll, even more cheese. I can’t eat cheese that’s why I asked for NO cheese. I won’t be coming back again..

I was driving my munchkin from Tacoma to Yelm and needed gas. He declared that he needed fries. Thus Jack-in-the -Box was directly across from the gas station. Seemed like serendipity at the time. Waited only 2 minutes to get to the ordering screen. Ordered a chicken strip kid's meal with regular fries and apple juice and a grilled chicken sandwich meal medium size with regular fries and coffee for my drink. Then we waited for 10 minutes to get up to the window. I paid and the guy handed me a juice box and a tiny cup of coffee. "This is a medium coffee?" He said yes then handed me a small bag of food. I looked at him doubtfully and asked "Is this everything including the kid meal?" He looked in the bag, said yes, so I took it and drove away from the window. I opened the bag before I was even out of the drive thru lane to hand the munchkin fries and realized that there were no fries, a taco (maybe), and a burger in the bag. I now had a crying 3 year old who could not understand why I wouldn't give him his food and had to get back in line at the drive thru. I wait 5 minutes this time, kid crying the entire time, and explain. They ask if I have my receipt. I say yes and they tell me to pull forward only there's nowhere to go because the truck that had originally been behind me is still in the window waiting for his food. And waiting. And waiting. Another 15 minutes go by before they hand him a bag, which he then hands back to them and we all wait another 3 minutes before he gets another bag and then leaves. For all of you counting this up, that man and I had now been in line for more than 35 minutes. The next two cars get their food quickly and then it's my turn. I hand the kid my receipt and he stares at it blankly. A woman approaches and takes the receipt from him and says "Did you give them the apple juice and coffee?" and reaches for a cup twice the size of my coffee cup. I ask if that was the size I was supposed to get and she says yes. They did not offer to give me the correct size drink. Then they hand me the kids meal with curly fries. It has to go back, wrong fries. Then they hand me my food, also with the wrong fries. They finally give me the right fries and I drive off because screw it, my kid is screaming and has been for a really long time and I just need to feed him. My sandwich was deep fried (ordered grilled) and tasted like old shoe leather. Everything was cold. The munchkin's chicken strips were so hard that I couldn't bite them.No one ever apologized despite everyone listening to the hysterical toddler pleading for his French fries for at least 10 minutes while I was at the window.Overall, this was a terrible visit and I would never go back.

Worst experience at Jack in the Box ever. I got skimmed on 2 large fries plus they were still semi-frozen, a hair in my chicken tenders AND they gave me the wrong burger!! I got a Jr. Jumbo Jack instead of the Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger I ordered. The only thing they didn't mess up was my milkshake and tiny tacos. For just about $40 I expected better.

Paid for 2 orders of taco, the only included 1 order.Update.I was in contact with the general manager Heather Amiotte about 2 months ago. She has not contacted me since or updated me in regards to this dispute. I call her and no answer. What happened to jack in the box? Why has the company stop caring about their customer?

These places in federal way are going to hell. Always dirty drive thru buildings baf service unfriendly n tired looking wookers n ice tea tastes like coffee since they use same filter gross. Also waiting at drive thru n seeing all the homeless sleeping in and around parking lot just makes for a scary drive thru experience. Wish i could give negative stars.

Food was soggy not toasted like normal got grilled cheese stacked burger undercooked and unseasonably. But curly fries and Tacos where just as always

Jack in the box in general is now bland... ginnicky low quality food with little flavor

I have been to this location multiple times and I keep telling myself ill keep trying in hopes of a better turnout. Nope. First few times was awful customer Service, absolutely rude, I've had them pretty much just toss my food into my lap and slam the window shut.Went there last night 9/9/21 pulled up to drive through and told me and 3 other customers they all were on break and wouldn't help us for at least 15 minutes.Defiently will not return to Jack in the box because of this location.
