I went to get my favorite menu item, the Oreo Milkshake, but I was told the machine was broke! I don't understand.... I am told the machine is broken more often then being served a milkshake!It's so bad that it's even become a little joke by us taking bets on whether or not the machine will be working or not and then if it is working we take side bets on whether or not the employee working is going to say that it is closed for cleaning for the night!Anyhow, this is very very frustrating and has forced me to find a new favorite item at a different establishment.

Why is it every time I go to this location there is always a problem from my food getting messed up to my food not being cooked thoroughly I go in today for lunch and supposedly the speakers down I go inside and I see employees in the back on their phone not working Especially when they're texting have their phones out with gloves on are they even changing their glovesThat's super unsanitary and someone needs to look into that I work in the food industry If my boss is saw me like that they would send me home what's going on Jack in the Box you're letting the ball slip lately If Jack and the Box would respond to my comment that would be awesome but I highly doubt it because their customer service is lacking these days I did reach out and got nothing from you guys. But you're employee was in the back on the sandwich station playing on his phone with GOLVES ON

Any fast food place has a hard time finding good workers. These guys/gals/they are great, meet em with a smile and some patience and make their days!

This has always been one of my favorites. Never had a problem with these guys . they always seem to be pretty quick hot food and polite service .

My Americano w/4sugars, (Drive Thru)didn't have sugar & had to park the car, put on a mask and go inside, and saw these workers hustling, sweating, making orders like no tomorrow, but acknowledged me standing there immediately & stopped what she was doing & retrieved my 4Raw sugars for me. 5stars to her & the rest of them, very rarely gotten a mistake & this Starbucks Drive Thru is jumping, these are returning customers, that speaks for itself.

This is definitely one of the fastest JIB's around! I can't remember having ANY order problems at this location for over 20 years.

This supposed to be a loaded breakfast sandwich and they gave me a damn hamburger patty

It was honestly, very gross. I got my food, and didn't even eat it. The guy that received me at the drive through sounded overwhelmed and laughed when I was going to order because of how stressed he was. Then I got to the window and he was wearing a shirt that included gloves in the color red, which were very dirty and black and ripped. Other people in the back looked clueless. Eh not going there again it was bad.

This Jack in the Box has too many in desirable people hanging out. Parking lot always has trash. Food is not as good as other locations

I ordered from the mobile app for pickup at this location. When I got to drive it said location was closed. Nobody was in restaurant that I could. Sent a message corporate feedback email on app but it's been four days and no response. No refund of purchase. If location is going to be closed then it should be temporarily unavailable on the app. So no breakfast for my son and no response or refund for me.
