I LIKE THE FOOD, THE SERVICE IS FRIENDLY, BUT THERE IS ONE THING THAT BUGS ME BIG TIME , THE OLDER LADY THAT TAKES THE ORDERS DOESN'T CLEAN HER HANDS AFTER HANDLING MONEY OR AT LEATS SANITIZER HER HANDS, I MEAN WE GIVE TIPS, HOW HARD IS TO GET DISPOSABLE WIPES SOME SANITIZER.. YOU ARE HANDLING MONEY AND FOOD AT THE SAME TIME. THAT GROSSED ME OUT!! SHE PUT THE SAUCES INSIDE THE FOOD OVER AND OVER SAME GLOVE , DID NOT CLEANED HER HANDS .. OPEN THE FOOD CONTAINERS PUTS THE SAUCES INSIDE , WATCH HER WHEN YOU STOP TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER, DO TO OTHERS HOW YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE DONE TO YOU.
I had it delivered for the first time and I enjoyed it so much I went another time, this time pick up.Don't let the little shopping area keep you away, unless perhaps after dark and you are unsure. The area looks sketch but is old.Anyway, inside is a humble, CLEAN little cafe. The woman working was very welcoming, friendly. There isn't a lot of seating, unless I just didn't notice it all, but the two people that were dining in there, were also friendly when they looked up and we all exchanged greetings. It was quaint. The flavor of my chicken fried rice was a welcomed difference in taste from my usual spots .My boyfriend enjoyed his beef yakisoba as well.Meat was very tender. Will be back
Very good food. Nice varity
Way too expensive for what it is. Person working was rude- maybe having a bad day....? Even then, you shouldn't be rude to your customer.
I never came back pricé Is crazy .
I got takeout from here recently and the General Tso's chicken was on point. Sweet salty and spicy and the fried chicken pieces were not too big and were not grisley. They also put the perfect amount of sauce on the chicken. It sucks when som places don't make enough sauce so you can't mix in some rice with it. This place is Perfect! I have been looking for a place in federal way that made good General Tso's chicken and was almost out of options. This place is going to be my go to from here out. I had some teriyaki chicken as well and it was perfectly good. The sauce wasn't too salty. My only thought was that the chicken could have done with a little more grill char on it, but otherwise it was great. Don't let the neighborhood fool you this is the best teriyaki shop in Federal Way that I've found.
Really good chicken teriyaki, a tiny bit on the spendt side, but worth it! Nice portion size, good amount of teriyaki sauce; I ordered two extra sides of teriyaki sauce for my two orders and didn’t even need to use them! ( they charge for extra teriyaki sauce so good to note) they also include a small container of extra sauce inside the box for the rice which is ✅. The salad is crisp and I love the traditional slightly thick tangy/sweet dressing that is included on the side ( it pairs perfectly with the rice and chicken, just the right amount of tang and crunch.. yum ?) I ordered shortly before closing and the food was ready quick and the were nice over the phone, I will return. The parking lot is a bit sketchy though so make sure you park right by the front door if visiting towards closing.
The service and food is excellent
We usually get chicken teriyaki, fried chicken and sometimes the beef. We’ve never had any complaints the food here is great! Only place we go for teriyaki that’s close to us.
Food is delicious in this little spot in federal way.Staff is super nice.
