I truly feel like after talking to the manager and explaining my disappointment with the first plate that was placed in front of me for various reasons , she walked back into the kitchen herself and remade my meal . It was also comped and I couldn’t be more thankful . It was absolutely beautiful and looked straight off of the menu and tasted to absolute perfection . Thank you ms .
Alexandra, our server, was very upbeat and pleasant. I placed half of my spinach/mushroom omlete in a to-go container (it's made with hollandaise sauce and is scrumptious) but forgot it when we walked out. After saying goodbye to my friend, I went right back in but the person who cleared our table had tossed it. Their manager had the kitchen make me another omlete to go since it was less than 5 minutes when we left. Awesome service and yummy food.

This place is super crowded I say about noon or later on weekends. We usually come just before that to get a table right away. The place is clean, the wait staff is courteous and fast. Food quality is good and the quantity is plenty
My wife and I had dinner at this IHOP location a few weeks ago, It was your typical dine in towards the evening, Our server was friendly, the place was clean and service was prompt, only thing I think was an issue was the server forgot a couple things here and there. But people are human and we still tipped her well. All in all we had a good time. Thanks IHOP!
Ate there today and it was a catastrophe. My order had to be sent back 3 times because it wasn't cooked and pre pared right. The only good experience was the manager. She was understanding and was willing to do whatever to make the situation right! She was great! But not the food!
Don't order for curbside pick up. My order finally came out 30 minutes late and only after calling multiple times. Then when I got my food the boxes were thrown in so carelessly that the food was a mess and had leaked all over the inside of the bag and onto the seat of my car. I gave two stars because the food still tasted good, though cold after having waited for it for so long, and the staff was very apologetic for forgetting about my order. I have never dined in at this location either so maybe the service is better that way but there was some serious negligence with my curbside order.
This is not the place to go i will never be back. I ordered a cheeseburger with onion rings, not fries. She brought me a bowl of fruit which i did not order. When brought my cheeseburger it had fries which i definately did not want.. i even had to ask for mustard as did not bring me any. Then, went back and brought me some overdone onion rings. They were so hard was very hard to even chew them. She never brought me anything to dip them in. Just hard, overcooked onion rings. I had to go ask her for ranch to dip them in. All in all, going to ihop was a terrible experience which i definately will not repeat. I am a nurse and i work too hard to be throwing it away. Actually the star i gave should have been a minus
