Japanese Ramen Noodles

Tried a couple of Ramen spots in Des Moines / Fed Way & this spot is prolly my #1. It's owned & managed by an actual Japanese couple so you know it'll be good. Their Ramen is so good & the jazz music that plays in the background makes it all the more better.Definitely a go-to spot if you want some Japanese food.

todo muy buena y la atención también.

Our family came here after church. It was delicious and our service was a memory for the kids. She taught my kids how to use chopsticks, literally fed my son and told them they had to slurp when eating. It was a good time for them. Thank you!

Ramen was fantastic! Tried the Japanese pizza and it is one of my new favorite dishes! It was very unique and flavorful.

i got the spicy miso ramen with vegetable broth and it tasted so amazing, really rich flavor. you can replace any ramen with veggie broth which is great. however, mine came with meat on it even though on the menu both the picture and description didn’t include any meat for the miso ramen. i definitely could’ve double checked beforehand but this should also be made clearer on the menu, it’s a bit misleading. so if you’re vegetarian just make sure you know what you’re getting. also none of the ramens seem to come with tofu which is disappointing. other than that, it’s a great place with a very kind owner.

Outstanding spicy champon; I typically get it with extra chashu. I’ve been coming here for 5, maybe 10, years and the high quality is consistent through the years.Come for the food, not the service. The lady that owns the restaurant is a quirky personality, that some may find off putting. I think she puts all her love in the cooking; which is just fine by me ?

I read a review from a couple of months ago that brought me to try this place. Since trying, I’ve probably ordered something from here at least once a week. I don’t normally write reviews, but this had to be said. From the texture of the noodles to the richness of the broth, they have become my definition of great ramen. I have yet to find anything that has come close to them. Every single thing I have had here has been wonderful.

Went here for my husband's birthday. I got the chicken katsu and shrimp tempura to split, as well as a bowl of chashu ramen. Husband got the chashu as well, and our friend got the shoyu ramen. The katsu was a little tough and I had to send back my ramen because I had ordered it without onions and sprouts and it came out with both. This was quickly fixed, however. The flavors of everything were superb and the chashu was spectacular. The noodles were the perfect consistency and the tempura was heavenly! We will definitely be back.

Unprofessional, and unethical. Harassed their customers if they dislike the service or food. Don't come here if you love fair services, and hospitality.

Very disrespectful and food wasn't even that good. Correcting your customers pronunciation of something in a condescending way was the last straw. I'd give them zero stars but that's not an option
