I'm vegan and they happily made hot stone bibimbap for me, swapping out the beef and egg for crispy tofu. It was delicious! Plentiful side dishes that were refilled twice and very attentive service made our evening very pleasant. Everyone else in my group ordered one of the hearty meat soup dishes to share, all said their meals were excellent. Highly recommend!
This is a very mixed experience having come here many times over the years. I'm torn on this because the food is great but the service is consistently abysmal/nearly nonexistent. The last few times we've gone we order and they serve the food and seem to run away from the table as fast as possible. And then never come back. At all. Never to refill water. Never to check on how you're doing or if you'd like refills on any of the side dishes or if you'd like anything else in general or to go boxes. They didn't even come to bring you the check. My dining companion finally just went back to the kitchen counter to get to go containers and I just went up front to the desk to pay. There's a difference between service when a place is semi busy and not even trying. This was the latter.
This place has immediately become our fav! We got here at 7:30 and was immediately seated. The food was AMAZING. Many places has ok meat, but THIS place has marinated meat that was simply AMAZING. Its not crowded (im thinking we got lucky today, bc this place is just something to adore!) and the service was just wonderful. The women were so kind! I normally dont leave reviews (tbh this is my first i cared to make like this) but my spouse and i loved everything about this place and enjoyed our time eating here. 10/10 WILL come again ❤️
Food is always great but the service not so much. They are nice but doesn't speak much English so it is hard to communicate (or ask for suggestions) for non Korean speaking. The restaurant was nice and clean.
The food was excellent. The service was good. The meat was cooked at the table and there was alot of food.
We came in last night to celebrate my mother and I's birthday. The food was decent, good amount of serving sizes. We ordered for 4-5 people for the Korean bbq combos. Was seated right when we walked in, service was so-so. The food came on time, didn't take forever to order and it was not busy when we walked in. We sat down, ordered, and waited for food then about a few new groups walked in. Once we were eating, we were needing a few more things, like sauce, napkins, and refills for the drinks. I noticed it had been a while since we saw any staff to check on us or any other table. Noticed one table had to get up and walk around to ask someone for a to-go box. Then again he had to get up and go to them once again to ask for additional things. Noticed that almost the entire staff was sitting on the other side of this wall eating like a family. While about 4-5 different tables were still in the restaurant. We were not the only tables wondering why it seemed like all of the staff was on break while the store was still open and still had guests that needed tending to. Other than that, the food made up for the lack of not being attentive to us and the parties still in the restaurant.
My boyfriend and I enjoyed the combo with beef, chicken and pork. It says it’s for 2-3 people but we only ate about half of it! On the bright side, we now have some yummy leftovers :) It was all delicious and very fresh, including the sides. Our server was also very kind. We’ll definitely be back!
A hidden Gem . Food is clean, fresh and delicious . Kim cheese was perfect such a deep flavor . I ordered the Bibim bop mixed veggies and rice in a hot stone bowl and it comes with seaweed soup that was the best I've had !
I don't normally rate bad review, I try to understand the people who works for any type of career. But it's happened many times before, I rarely go to this place because of lack of service. I would recommend to pay attention to see if customers need anything and not ignore them. Yes it does make customers don't want to return, not recommend this place.
Good food. But the service absolutely sucks.
