The only reason I’m putting 3 stars is bcuz the coffee does taste great everytime. But my boyfriend and I go here a lot and we had racked up at least 40 free drinks(being told they never expire) and one day I finally go in to use one and I’m told I have zero!! That’s crazy I don’t even know how this happens. And then on top of that it’s pretty impossible to call and get ahold of or talk to anyone it’s ridiculous. You can’t even call a location to ask how many points you have. It forces you to leave a dam message. You guys should really get your system in check bcuz not only am I being robbed of the points I paid for but I can’t even call and tell someone about it. Asinine.
Very slow slow. ? recommend having more hire. Took me 27 minutes to get my coffee.
HOSPITALITY / At the door/building:Took away the -2 stars: 4 baristas working today and when I pulled up, not one in the building greeted me as a customer. No eye contact or a “How’s your day” Maybe it’s because they were every engaged with their conversations amongst themselves!Order: Is the only barista who was hospitable when taking my order 3 cars back in line.COFFEE: Once again - meets the expectations! Great coffee and the taste was exceptional!
Some of the girls were willing to cooperate and compensate us for the mistake they made. The curly haired blonde I guess wasn’t in the mood to be nice lol. For sanitary reasons, I would never let you take my cup back to make any corrections. We had the inconvenience of driving back to get it corrected.
I have tried 6 different drinks from various parts of the menu and nothing has ever tasted like the description. Either the coffee has been super burnt or too sweet or the drink taste super artificial.
The worst service ever. I usual get my energy drink at a different gravity place . This one was near by .so I went there. I ordered my usual drink . I get pink base energy, with peach strawberry and watermelon and wild berry infusion. This gal just added all the syrups and pored in shasta club soda into my cup and handed the drink to me .... there was no energy.. I told her my number and I had couple free drinks on my account and she didn’t even ask if I wanted to use my free drink.. payed 8.00 with no energy.. the drink tasted horrible. if I could put zero star I would.. the gal name was Julia ..
Good coffee, good energy drink based blends. Would recommend.
Okay...... lots of favorites today..... my new favorite coffee shop..... these drink do the job. I like the super nova. So good. Clean energy
Large coffees should have 4 shots standard. Not 2.Or it becomes a cup of room temp milk. Not so good.
Used to have the best experience here, now I don’t. The lines are always long. Even when there are one to two cars in line, the baristas take forever. The music is blasting so loud I can hear it in my car. I have to repeat myself 5 times. I had to drive away after waiting too long and there was only one car in front of me. I’m not sure if I’m coming back to this Coffee stand it’s just there when I can’t go out of my way to the other one on PAC Hwy that does a better job.
