I have been visiting this location often on for the past three years. The faces seems to change but the service is amazing. The ladies at this location are very kind, patient, and friendly. I love the updated rewards system. I never had my card with me whenever I came so I am very happy They found another solution in rewarding their customers.
Great coffee. Really nice staff. Occasional high wait time. But we got "the force" and "down to earth". Incredible coffee.
The Baristas are the sweetest without a doubt. They not only treat you as a guest but as if they’ve known you for awhile by asking about your day and making small talk and that is always appreciated. <3
i work at kaladi brothers in Alaska & their coffee is my all time favorite & i know what good coffee tastes like. i was scared to try this place, but their energy drinks were so good i had a good feeling about their coffee. let me tell you…IT WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! so delicious & beats kaladi brothers coffee…! will be coming back every time i’m down here!

Love your guys coffee. Staff is great. Coffee never tastes burnt like I've had at other places. Number 1 coffee in my eyes.
We love Gravity Coffee energy drinks because they use lotus as their base. The employees are always very friendly and accommodate our order swaps and add ons with a smile. The drinks are consistently perfect. Thanks Gravity!
I have been going to this location consistently for a while now. The 1 star review is regarding the inconsistency in their reward system. You are rewarded 1 point for every drink purchased. Once you accrue 12 points the next drink will be free. I have been told by 3 different baristas that my next drink will be free. I have bank statements confirming every drink I ever purchased from them. I recently checked my rewards today after buying a drink and as expected, I did not gain a point for my purchase. Highly unsatisfied and will not recommend to friends and family.
I dont know about the coffee but the signature energy drinks are amazing!! My partner & I got two of the cream drinks & it's offical I have a battle between Geavity & Bigfoot as best energy stop.
First time going to one in Federal Way and it was also the first time ordering a GC Energy drink. Very polite, respectful, patient, and professional. She understood what I actually wanted, but I couldn't describe it. Her suggestion worked out perfectly and it tasted great! Thank you so much!
