First-time having Ezell's Chicken. I am now a big fan. The Spicy Chicken could gave been spicier, but was otherwise great. The rolls are fantastic! The waitstaff members are very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. They did a good job cleaning up after customers and the restaurant was tidy and clean. Overall a great place for tastee chicken, sides (the mashed potatoes and gravy and slaw were delicious), and rolls.
Tried it for the first time a couple weeks ago person that took my order was rude and curt. Food made up for it. Went again same order but one piece was dry and the other moist??? Mac and cheese bland. Last and final time today gave me the wrong items no apology. Same thing one piece was good the other so dry almost inedible. Mac and cheese bland. Disappointing
We love the chicken, tenders and cobbler. However, this is one of the few places we can get fried okra! Love it.
Just like all the other Ezelle's but with a more diverse staff. The prices are little high, I usually get the 4 piece spicy bone-in chicken with 2 rolls, mashed potatoes and Cajun fries, which comes up to $17.49 after tax, a little steep. I can eat 2 meals out of this tho, so I don't mind it. The staff is super nice and pleasant. Would come here more if they had coupons or better deals.
Food was fine, but you guys charge for barbecue sauce ,at least one should come with meal, you brought the meal to our table brought ranch sauce , asked for barbecue then took our ranch got nothing because we didn’t pay for it.You have a problem if you can’t provide free sauce
Started my order before 2:00 p.m. and by the time the order taker (a minor, according to the Shift Leader "Juan") by the time he got the correct order in it was 2:05 and they wouldn't honor the Lunch special, because it ended at 2:00 p.m. It's sad that the so called Shift Manager couldn't actually be a Leader and had a blame the minor coworker. Then to end our conversation he said "If I do it for you, I would have to do it for everybody".
First time eating here and the food/service was excellent! I had spicy chicken tenders. They were crispy and juicy and the Mac n cheese was a great addition. I will definitely come back :)
The staff were friendly and the food was fresh. I wasn't a huge fan of the side dishes, but the spicy chicken was absolutely amazing, as was the dinner roll.Overall, it was a little too pricey and the drink selection was limited. The restaurant was very clean, but it can be a loud environment during peak dining times.
We decided to give this place a try for our fast food fix. We rarely eat fast food so we were very pleasantly surprised when the chicken (original) was not overly salty. We also appreciated the potato salad, it was nothing to leap about but it was good enough to mention. My husband said the mac&cheese was pretty good and although the baked beans tasted like “canned” he said they were not to bad. The facility was clean and not overly crowded. I was greeted promptly, and my order taken immediately. There was a short delay for my take out order due to a shortage of chicken. ? In the meantime I was given a free soft drink while waiting. We will be back!
