Unacceptable food and customer service!!!My daughter ordered an acai bowl for her lunch yesterday around 448pm on 6/25/2022, in Federal Way (320th St.) Washington. As you can see in the pictures, is what my daughter received her for her order. The girl who made the bowl was extremely unprofessional. She was laughing and joking with other staff when she was told by them that she was making the bowl wrong. She said to the staff in front of my daughter, "They won't notice that I am making it wrong".I believe that I will never go back to this location ever again. The management of this location need to do something about an employee with a complete disregard to customers and the company that pays them. Emerald City Smoothie definitely check into who was making this disgusting acai bowl, and need to train how to serve or provide the best services for customers.
Tried to call ahead. I must have called the number to a different location. She refused to take my order until I canceled the other. I tried to call the number to cancel but nobody answered. She could not confirm the phone number either. Wow it was a mistake, take the order, you call the other shop. Take a break. Without customers you're at home J.
My wife and kids love this place I’m glad they set up shop here. Emma did a nice job getting our smoothies ready after I called in. Always taste great always on point.
Hours and phone number are wrong. Even on their website. Wish I could call ahead or even know when they're open.
Great smoothies, however when I looked at the nutrition facts in The Emerald it has anywhere from 30 to 45 g of sugar. That is high to me.
This place is always hoppin, but everyone is incredibly nice and friendly. I came in yesterday and it was still busy, even in the evening, but Liz was on it. You could tell she'd had a day of it, but was still super fast and very sweet. Rad person, great service, awesome drink. Thank you!
Really needs to change the opening hours on Google maps. Some are incorrect and the store actually opens later than it says. Simply put you can see why this is frustrating. Otherwise great service and great smoothies

Horrible service at least today! I dont know how an employee can greet you and then start taking other customers orders who clearly came in after me. Emerald City Smoothie must only want money from certain customers.
It’s always a good experience coming to this location! The customer service is great and the smoothies are yummy! Claire always recommends good smoothies to try out and always shows me awesome service!
