Loved the food!!! I got the steak tacos and they were absolutely delicious! They had a cool little half grilled onion which was delicious... yes, I ate it lol I also got a side of beans and rice ... Can't get those wrong. In my picture, I had already scarfed down a taco lol The service was quick. The only thing I wish they did different was have sliced limes. Steak tacos are always more delicious with lime but overall, I was happy with the food and I'll be back again.
It's a fast food place. This visit was very busy and the customer service was slow and inattentive. Don't go on Sounders game days when they're giving away free tacos. The tacos are good, but you'll be waiting a long time.Update. Attempted to redeem my Sounders tickets for free tacos on the day after the match which is what the written policy states and was told "it's only for 24 hours". Sent an email to their customer service and got no response. I guess they don't want to honor their advertising commitment with the Sounders.
The way I was treated at this establishment...idk why. But it was terrible. No one should be treated in such a way. All of my family has already agreed to not visit this establishment and I plan on having more people do the same.I came on the weekend with my partner and order nachos with no meat to go. We got a few sauces from the sauce bar to go as well. The service was great, fast, and kind. The nachos were so good! Loved them! Loved them so much that on the Monday following that weekend, I went to order nachos again.It was that visit and experience where everything went south.I ordered nachos to go which was a long process because the woman taking the order hardly spoke any English and was all around irritated with me from the start.I walk over to the sauce bar and get 3 sauces. I asked for tops for the sauces and another employee tells me "it's for to go only" to which I replied "I am to go" and then she said "oh no, it's only for inside" I proceed to explain to her that I was there this weekend and received tops for my sauces to go. She then tells me that they don't have tops. To which again, I tell her that I was given tops previously.She then walks to the back and comes back with sandwich bags to hand to me. I literally said to her "do you expect me to close these sauces with this bag?" At this point I'm upset, and what I should have done was cancel my order but I didn't. I stayed and continued to try and figure out what was going on. She continued to tell me that they didn't have tops to the sauces, only tops for their to go sauces, which are the same damn size!! She then brings me to go sauces!! Idk why!! I ended up taking the top off of the to go sauces and putting it on my sauce.All in all it was just a very very terrible experience, I also think they spit or something in my nachos. My friends and family are no longer going to this establishment and if I were you, I wouldn't either.
l wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Very bad customer service the cashier (mature lady)was very rude and we had to repeat our order few times she pretended like she doesn’t hear us.On top of that when we sat down they gave us wrong dish. They didn’t make an effort to correct the mistake and walked away. The meat l ordered had weird smell and taste too it. I usually don’t write reviews on Google but this place seem to be racist and very unwelcoming l will never go there again. They need to work on their customers service and maybe have a nice cashier.
Passed by the other day and Nayeli the cashier helped me and my co-workers out she was very patient and helpful!! Normally don't received that type of customer service!! She got us our orders fast and got us the salsas we need !! Definitely will be back again!!
The cashier was rude when asking a question she would act like she didn't hear me or my husband .The restaurant was pretty much empty a few orders to go .The radishes and salsa was empty when asking for some she gave a dirty look then went to the drive through and got 2 bags.I wish i understood Spanish because maybe would've got my money back and left
The food Is good but the only reason i always come back is because they always give me good customer service well most of the time Emilia has a great customer service, always taking my order right.
Meh food. Nice environment. I got birria de chivo it was mainly bones which was super annoying and the Aguas were so sugary and watered down such a shame. There's a sign that says if you're vaccinated you don't need a mask and I showed my card and she was so rude and wouldn't let me order if I didn't put one on so don't really see why they have that sign if they are going to be so rude.
My 1st time here.The tacos were hella greasy. Taco shells were completely soggy. The cheesecake tasted like green onion. They didn't have it wrapped very well in the fridge. the taco truck across the street is so much better for street tacos
Don’t go! Zero stars ?? food seemed as if was microwaved. Cheese melted sure but the meat inside my enchiladas was like warm-ish going colder. Smh then bf nearly puked after eating his plate.
