If i could rate this place zero stars i would! This is the 4th time in a row, i have placed 2 and my husband 2 orders online we get the order successful confirmation (AFTER I PUT IN MY CREDIT CARD NUMBERS BY THE WAY) Then 2 mins later they call us and tell us our order has been cancelled because they are closing early! I can see one i guess maybe 2x but 4 times in a row?!? Why let me order and put my info online first?!?!
Terrible customer service, manager had told me they have ran out of bread and pasta so I changed the order and order another pizza. They didn't change the price or order up so I was charged an extra $7 which ended up being $39 when it was supposed to be $32. Which I call to understand what happened and if I can be refunded but management was horrible and said they couldn't do anything abt their own mistake of messing up myorder and not changing the order up when they should've have. So I was basically charged for 4 pizzas but instead I only got 3.
Ordered over $50 in food, specifically stated in the delivery instructions to deliver to GATE 5, the driver dropped it off at gate 2 I guess and left it in the office, I dont work or know anyone in that office, but the driver left the order with them and they told ANOTHER Christina that her food was here. I basically paid for someone else's meal, when I called the store the manager they directed to the driver who explained where they left the food and that was it. Nothing to help me. Just a wild goose chase to end up finding out someone else got my lunch because the delivery driver was too lazy to call and make sure it was okay to leave there.
Cindy & Christian where very kind to me and understanding. My dog ate my wings and they were very supported gave me a discount for the heartache of my wings. (Tear) I bought some more wings. Thank you dominos for supporting my emotional state. Lol these guys are pretty kool with a great attitude and sense of humor. This is my local dominos and they are always fast and deliver on time. So respectful and onetime.
Quality has gone down, prices keep skyrocketing. They sneak in charges for absolutly everything. 7.99 3 topping pizza for carryout ends up costing 14 bucks for a 3 topping pizza because they charge 2 dollars extra for bacon, 2 extra for tomato. They are the new Comcast. Sneaky price model and they hope no one notices. Also delivery is 7 bucks plus tip.... What????
Decent pizza place, one of the workers did not deliver the carside delivery pizza because our car was supposedly hidden, toppings on the XL pizza are scarce, buy the L instead its more cost efficient and has a better crust.
they don't even deserve a single star at all!delivery instruction was to leave ordered food on the chair! i put out a chair for this order and the driver who cannot read nor follow instructions left the food on the floor! totally unacceptable!! violation of food safety and health department standards.
UGH ZERO STARS! we tried their junk website several times and the errors prevented us from ordering. We called the store to order over the phone and got hung up on twice, once while on hold!! Beyond disappointed for subpar pizza.
Delivery order took 2 hrs. Said it would be 39 mins when ordered. Called the store, was told employee I was talking to was at the federal way location. Told her I wanted to cancel my order, she said I have to transfer you to that location?? Then the endless recording on hold. Delivery finally showed up 2hrs 13 mins after I got the email confirmation it was placed, after everyone went to bed. Was on hold for over 30 mins, and hung up on. What a joke. If it's going to take 2+ hrs should probably be up front about it. What a joke.
I want to compliment and thank publicly the kindness and thoughtfulness of one of your Domino representatives. I happen to have been lucky enough to be getting my hair done nearby when she came in to share holiday cheer treats with my hair dresser, and asked if I would like some too - of course I said yes letting her know that my husband is going to be so happy - and she then presented me with a treat for him also. Needless to say, she brightened my day. We will be visiting Domino's real soon.
