First time in this store for take-out. It was around 3-4 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon. I usually shop at the 336th St. store, but was unable to use the $3 tip there, so just decided to try out this store. The store is a lot larger than my usual store. Service was quick, and pizzas were cooked very well, the pan pizza particularly. (The 336th store sometimes neglects to add the garlic seasoning to the crust.) Picked up some individual napkins from the dispenser, and was provided with a small stack from behind the counter when the service provider saw me do that. Much appreciated. Overall, very positive first experience!
They're stupid app didnt tell them we were there and our hazard lights were on but they didn't get up dates so they didn't honor their "free pizza" I ordered a pizza at 913 the pizza app said 916 it was done but that was until I freshed it 1800 times and it was 945pm at that time we were STILLL waiting not knowing it was done hella ago!!!! App finally refreshed and my pizza had been sitting there staring at me thru the window as I sat there hungry AF waiting to pressed that "I'm ready 2 mark " button
It's Domino's. The service and staff are excellent but you can tell when corporations try to cut cost too much. The flavor and unami suffers.
Omg....shortage on sauce? Pizza so dry and over cooked the crust cracked. Shorted me on boneless chicken, counted pieces that broke off as a whole 1!! Never again, I'll stick to my local Domino's.
Pizzas are made to my liking, well done! Good prices. This is my favorite location in Federal Way.
We have been ordering from this Domino's for many years. Our pizzas have always arrived in the time frame they estimated when ordering. Always hot. Drivers are friendly and courteous. The only reason I give four out of five stars is price. Delivery fee seems a bit steep and some of the coupon prices don't seem like you're really getting a deal. All that said, I'll continue ordering pizza from this store.
OK, I cannot stress enough how good our local Domino's is(S. 324th st). Every time we have ordered from them they are quick, polite and their pizzas are FAR above what "The Hut" passes off as pizza. Attn. Dominos manager/supervisor - every employee at this location deserves a nice, fat pay increase because I don't doubt this location to be the best around. Thank you all at Fed Way Domino's!
Gave you guys a 1 because 0 wasn't available. Thank you dominos for wasting my time. I was told 15 minutes online. When I got to store, monitor showed 8 minutes remaining. A sat in car for 8 minutes then went back in. Monitor still said 8 minutes. I spoke to worker and he apologized and said he was only one working. He would get to it now. I watched 2 delivery people come and go during my visit. Very poor management in my opinion. Once again you have angered me. Thank you dominos
Ordered online carry out time was 13mins drove to the store and was told an hour! Horrible online and in store experience. This store continues to be trash over and over again management just cares about the mulah and not the customer experience. HORRIBLE!!
