I was picking up a door dash order and the lobby doors were LOCKED EVEN THOUGH GOOGLE SAY THEY ARE OPEN 24/7 so no big deal I go into the drive thru line and waited in that Line for 20- 25 minutes.Now I was giving them the benefit of a doubt thinking wow they must be so busy!But as soon as I get to the window I give Gisele the name for the my door dash order, she proceed to walk to the front counter grabs my door dash order ( I know because I wanted that bag the whole time) placed it on the back counter.She then proceeded to place glove on (taking her sweet time) while taking to her coworker that was taking drive thru orders (I think ok she is grabbing food that goes with my door dash order) she makes three fries places then in a new bag and she then placed that bag of fried next to my door dash order. Mind you this took a few minutes.She then proceeds to hand me just the original bag she moved from the front counter. ?So I asked her why she could not of just handed me the bag seeing as it was ready to go before making someone else’s fries? Her answer was well I was not sure the name was correct. The name was right on the sticker and I spoke loud and clear she even repeated the name!!So I asked her how could she not know the name but still knew to hand that bag to me?She did not answer.This was the WORST drive thru experience ever! Maybe she is a better fit working in the back instead of purposely creating a long line in the drive Thur!I worked fast food and drive Thru for four years in my first jobs and let me say we would not ever allow that!!
I went there and ordered the chicken crispy tacos, 2 fries and a chips a guacamole. They gave me the wrong tacos, I go back through the line and the manager has an attitude but says she will remake me tacos but it'll take 10 mins... Ok then. I give bag back and park in front. They bring out my tacos that are right, but the give me stone cold fries (basically let them sit on counter for 10 minutes) and didn't give me my chips and guac. I yell out to the guy but he ignores me and goes in... The drive thru (which is the only way right now) is full and I have to work soon.. so I say whatever and leave. I hope they enjoyed ripping me off for 2 bucks for the chips and guac.
The old employees who used to work here were pretty friendly and good service and good food but recently they have been extremely rude and I want to do an Uber order last night and they blocked off the drive-through before was even closed and we went to the door and told us too bad even though the app already told me it was prepared and ready to be picked up.And they weren’t actually closed and the chick who told us know when she came out she was pretty much laughing about it to tell us to go away. They’re not only screwing over people who are doing their job people are going in and placing orders way before they were even closed expecting to get their food and then don’t get to get it because the employees don’t want to do it
The food was decent for fast food. I got a salad and enjoyed it. The kids got tamales and weren't impressed but a good tamale is hard to find. Overall, service was good and they got our order right.
This place became one of my families favorite to go fast food. My daughter and I just discovered their fish tacos and it's so yummy, especially when you want to take a break from eating burritos. My Hubby loves their chicken queso burrito. So much food and for such a affordable price
So every time we come here, we get bad serves. We are from California and we have a a lot of Del Taco. But the difference is California has customer service. The one here in Tacoma Washington has none. And Del taco is one of my most favorite places to eat at. We will no longer come here. When you pull up to the speaker to order they say, order when you ready. Not Welcome to Del Taco how may I help you. When you get to the window. They tell you how much the food cost. Gives you your drink and you card back. Close ‘s the window . Then when it’s Time to give you your food. They open the window give you the food and close it . We have to knock on the window to ask if that all the food they say yes and close the window. So you tell me what kind of costumer service that! I hope this review make it back to Corporate so they can see what’s going on. They have a 4 star and it much be for the food only. The kids that run that place need help. And lots of training. I gave it a 2star for the food only.It’s now 8:10 pmAnd now I’m home. I live an hour a way. And my order is wrong! We ordered the #4 cheeseburger with no cheese. A deluxe chili cheeses fries and 2 Del tacos. We got the deluxe chili cheeses fries great. But then we all so got a #5 two chicken soft taco and 1 Del taco. And the thing is when we told him what we wanted . He read back only the cheeses burger no.cheeses. He’s very softly and told us how much.and that was it. It was our fault we did not check the bag . But now what I said in the 1st Paragraph stands . They need help with customer service and the manager you have on staff is not doing there job.
It would be nice if you guys updated your times that you’re open because every time I show up it says closed because you got a trashcan in the drive-through or a traffic cone. Could you either please change it from 24 hours to the time that you guys are actually working or just have somebody there if it’s supposed to be open please

They have pretty standard Del taco food. Bit the service is quick and the food is good. I have a huge family and it's easy to feed us for a decent price. The restaurant is clean. The staff is helpful. I'm glad that I came to this Del Taco.
My teenage son decided he need to buy 40 value tacos for him and his uncle's movie night (he was nice enough to let me and his sister have a few each ? lol) anyways he was happy they made the order very quickly and the food was good although the strawberry lemonade definitely needed more strawberries & sauce it really only tasted like lemonade and not very good lemonade at that which is very unusual because usually there strawberry lemonade is delicious and everybody's allowed to have a bad day so definitely don't hold it against them ?
