Called the twin lakes location at 1030am and was told the inside dining opened at 11am. Showed up with my kids at 1125am and was told the dining room was closed because the manager was gone and had no idea when she would be back. Don't understand the reasoning behind that so anyway we went through the drive thru and got food which was ok but two out of 4 orders were wrong. I get short staffing right now so I am not complaining that it took awhile but come on. Managers should not be leaving at lunch rush.
Service has definitely improved since the last time I came here but on a side note The last place on earth with no Dine in because of “Covid” at this point it’s just a signal to the laziness that exist at this establishment
HORRIBLE SERVICE after many times coming to this Dairy Queen there is always something I keep coming because sometimes people are not having a good day but clearly management is NOT doing their Job actually the manager should be fired of how poor he customers services is. I GIVE THIS PLACE 0 stars.
Ordered a 6 piece with 2 gravy. No butter on bread, got 4 pieces and 1 gravy and they were extremely slow
I had not ordered from a Dairy Queen in 10+ years, in fact the last time I ordered it was from the Diary Queen on the East Hill of Kent WA. I usually go to the Pho restaurant which is right across the street but was not in the mood to eat in and wanted something quick.I ordered the single burger, fries, drink and a caramel Sundae which came to $6 something. I want to start by saying they fixed my burger the way i wanted it. I am allergic to mayo and do not like ketchup,, pickles,, onions on my burger. Just give me a plain burger with a little mustard on the side. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The customer service was excellent. My only issue was the hamburger patty was so small that I doughty it would have filled my eight year old grandson let alone a grownup. The bun dwarfed the hamburger patty.I think that due to covid many restaurants are giving smaller food portions, though because I had not eaten at a Dairy Queen in 10+ years I have nothing to compare it with.
Only been here once to do a delivery so can't rate if product any different than any other location. Only taking away 1star because it seemed really slow to get a blizzard, some chicken strips, & fries.I was basically outside when the order came thru so I base it off how irritated would I be sitting in the drive thru & would have been at least a 6/10 irritated because it's supposed to be fast food.
I was in the drive through, waiting patiently for an associate to take my order (was told to hold), not even five minutes and a lady honks loudly at me to hurry up. Wow. Okay. Got my food, my fries tasted like someone had left them out for maybe 30 minutes. It wasn't hot to the slightest. They really just threw my fries to the bottom of the bag. My intention was to grab food for my 45 minute commute back home. I couldn't finish my food, and felt sick 20 minutes in. As a mother, whose been to multiple DQ's, this place was really terrible.
