Changing from 5 to 2 stars.I love Coldstone and love coming here the customer service is usually great. However, my visit last night left me upset and uncomfortable and it wasn't just me. Other customers agreed. There were 3 Nice kids (probably teenagers) making ice cream for a rush of customers about 15 minutes before closing, but the manager, or whoever he was (Asian man with dark hair & I believe he had glasses) was terribly rude to all of them. Shouting and screaming at them when they already have enough pressure to remember what everyone's orders are since the group in front of us had about 10 people and we had 4 orders.The workers were all polite and held their composure and did a great job as this man proceeded to shout and yell in front of everyone. I had my kids with me and there was also another child there and it made my daughters uncomfortable also.. When there's a problem, you don't solve it by shouting and yelling at your employees. Especially with such rage and in front of customers! It was a disgusting thing to witness.
It’s my birthday tomorrow and totally forgot to order cake. Called here and she went above and beyond to make sure I get my cake by tomorrow by noon. Thank you so much.
I don’t care if you don’t like chocolate, I don’t care if you don’t like peanut butter, I do t care if you’re deathly allergic to either. The Reese’s ice cream peanut butter cups are the best thing since this franchise has started.

Great fresh ice cream and really nice owner. 6 yoa daughter loves it and asked me to take her there.
Based on my experience, the ice cream itself was good. The customer service was decent/average. The prices at Cold Stone are a bit more than Baskin Robbins. When I went, they also didn't have any sherbert (in case if that is what you would want). But overall, no issues. Would most likely return and recommend.
I ordered and ice cream cake to take down to California in our camper freezer it turned out to be a delicious cake with my aunt's favorite coffee ice cream for her 95th birthday. And was wonderful the cake was beautiful and everything was fine I thank her for all her advice and good work
