Yesterday afternoon i ordered thru the drive thru and the lady that took my order was so helpful and extremly kind. The food was good but the customer service i received waslike a breathe of fresh air. I believe she said she was originally from the south and her name maybe was Colleen. I appreciate her and her service she provided so i give Church's Chicken in Federal way Washington 5 stars!!
We order family meal for 23.99 chicken sandwich combo for 3.99 we bought 3 banana pudding for 1.99 each and total comes out to 37.05 we did not get the three puddings when we turn around and ask for the three pudding they charge us two extra puddings for 4.38. We only got three out of the 5 pudding and he said we got one free pudding for extra charge because of mischarge.
I haven't been to churches for many many years and was pleasantly surprised how delicious the chicken was, mashed potatoes and gravy, and the new honey biscuit. Would highly recommend this particular restaurant in Federal Way Washington
For 8 people working inside of a busy location. 2 cars front, 30 minute wait. Slowest service ever for what I can assume is 1 meal with biscuits and a drink.
They will not give you refill if you eat in your car. Even tho they don't offer dine inn... shady Indian owner.
Being Very Honest Not good at All pieces were small and Dry..Also I'm from. EL paso tx..there is a Churches Chucken there I remember the pie es were so big a Crunchy barely fit in the Box And Delicious moist Chicken Way better then The KFC...sry it is what it is
Sunday the 23rd at about 2pm whomever was doing drive thru should be talked to. Dude was rude as can be. I got my chicken and it was Luke warm. After telling him he literally walked away from me. Like who does that. Won't ever be coming here again.If you're reading this don't go here go to the one by Highline at least there the chicken is fresh every time and worker aren't lazy and disrespectful.
They are a** at this location. The people are rude and they're don't even hear you when you order. I spoke very clearly and the worker still couldn't get my order right.
Was so excited to try it after being told that churchs was the best and I was greated with the rudest experience ever. He said he was short staffed but nobodyis inside or in line for drive thru. Google said my order was ready google set him up for failure. But he was the worst experience I've ever had. I'm crying in my car they threw my food together and I never eat out ever fast food. I wanted sauces didnt even give me a chance to ask. Rude horrible
The chicken is OK but the service is lackluster. They got my order wrong I went back to get fixed and they got it wrong again. And on top of it The actor is if I did something wrong. A very reasonable and all I asked is that they didn't put pickles on my sandwich.
