Wrong cheese on my #1, labeled correctly but person who made sandwich put the wrong cheese on. I called to talk to them but was on hold for ever. I cant stand it that they never say thank you but always say "my pleasure" after they screw your order up. You better make sure order is correct before you say "my pleasure" and never say thank you.
THis one is a little hard to get to which docks a star. I feel like the people who are stuck with the job of fitting ChickFilA's in WA either hate their job or they are stuck with a terrible design. I just feel like a lot of the WA ChickFilA's have terrible traffic flow in and difficult to navigate in.Can't wait to see the traffic design that comes from ChickFilA & In-n-Out drive-thru employees. Hopefully those people go into city planning because they've seen the bad and worst of traffic due to hungry people.
Honestly hate to write this on here because I love Chick Fil A customer service most of the time but they make it difficult to communicate about the service of my order after placing and already picking it up. The customer service has gone downhill. Sure the employees are nice, but they need better training. I walked in for my pickup and there were 5 employees standing in the front chatting and I had to wait a while and call out that I had a pickup. My salad is always missing something, either the correct dressing, the pepitas or tortillas. Today I only got the dressing. Also today I watched my fries being packed and touched with the same gloves a girl just touched her face and bangs with. Now I often see this, people just think that their gloves are clean even though they touch their faces and unclean surfaces like cash registers. Change your gloves if you have to itch yourself please. Thank you to the kind girl who had my fries redone quickly and without attitude.
If you like your food cold this is the perfect location for you but if you like your sandwich,chicken,potatoes to be hot go to a different chain. Even after returning the food and getting it exchanged still came just a little warm. Never coming back here or any other location
Awesome place good food it was my first time here and one of the workers was very patient with me she said I can take my time and suggested some really good food I believe her name was Julia not sure but she was very kind and helpful I definitely will be returning to this place more often amazing food and workers even the lines where long but they got through it fast and served us well thank you Chick-fl-a for the outstanding food!
Can we take a minute to recognize Gloria =) She is our favorite employee here, and we come to this location just because of her!! The parking and flow of traffic entering is pretty sketch at busy times, but once you get in and Gloria greets you, your day is made. Thank you for having great employees and consistently good food. Overall location area is clean too, outside seating is convenient.
I'm loving the Spicy Chicken sandwich. I have to have it at least once a week. Always consistent, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend!
I ordered a cup of coffee. Cashier didn't bother putting the top on the cup properly,spilt over my hand. manager was rude. Never going here again...or any Chick-fil-A again.
Worst drive thru to get thru!! Its already tight and they put up yellow plastic cones which makes it even tighter. I couldent even get a normal size pickup thru without either hitting the cones or running the curb over.
40+ min to get a sandwich. Open your dining room! Customer service = fast (or even decent) speeds.I hate getting Chick-fil-A gift cards because I know how much time I will waste in these asinine lines.
